Assuming people are still looking for a quick fix and 'the right things to say', people probably won't care about this thread but I thought I'd share something that's been helping me feel better.

Recently I came across Andy Frisella's 75HARD challenge. I'm on day 9 now and, without surprise, I'm starting to feel better. Naturally more confident, more positive, and the negatives in my life aren't as bad and crippling as they seem.

I could confidently say after you reach day 40 on this challenge, you probably won't need this subreddit anymore. The best peaks of my dating life were when I was doing lighter versions of this challenge (no sugar, porn for 3-4 weeks)

Rules of 75HARD:

  1. Follow a diet and stick to it. ZERO cheat meals, ZERO alcohol, ZERO sugar
  2. Work out twice a day for 45 minutes. One workout has to be outdoors (Can simply go for a walk. The point is to be outdoors and get used to weather conditions)
  3. Drink one gallon of water a day (Easier than I thought it would be)
  4. Read ten pages of a non-fiction self-development/entrepreneur book every day
  5. Take a progress picture every single day

I added the elimination of porn, caffeine, and video games but to each their own. Porn obviously being the most detrimental.

It's only hard because society is constantly shoving their marketing down our throats. Drink this sugary frappucino, get addicted to it so you drink it again tomorrow. Just watch porn. You don't have to talk to women and have sex in real life. We assume 'addiction' is only pinned to alcoholics and drug addicts, and that's exactly what they want you to think.

I've always thought of seduction as cutting out the bad habits as half the battle, so you return to your normal self and feel better, which is key.

I'm sick of being weak, and I hope you are too.

e: highly recommend listening to the podcast where frisella presents the challenge and talks further about it here:
