For me martial arts does the trick. Whenever I have intense sessions during the week, my libido is through the roof and for some reason the women I'm seeing just become more sexually aggressive.

Honestly it depends, I can jerk off 2-3 times a week and be perfectly fine in body and mind and maintain productive and energised.

Now contrast that to 2-3 times everyday and then that is not good because it does sap your energy.

Bottom line: there’s a Balance to everything in life.

Don't know about women but not jerking definitely puts my mind in place like coming up with appropriate response in a conversation and not digging or thinking hard. It improves focus too. If you go from 1-2 per day instead to 1 or 2 weeks apart you will find gals pay a way different level of attention. But it varies.

The key is to find your balance, if you go a week and see good results, but then it caps at 2 weeks or maybe 3.

I experience the opposite. When i am satisfied whether by myself or my partner i feel more calm and confident. This seems to be the zone where i attract women. It is markedly more noticable when it is because of my partner.

No, not pheromones, but it can affect your mood and your energy/vibe. Most people who haven't jacked off (or generally have had a sexual release) for some time, will tend to be more edgy and irritable, and may seem more alert or high energy. Some girls will indeed notice that and respond positively to it (my experience tells me that this is usually with younger ages). If you jack off (or sexually release whatsoever), you are more calm, may even appear more drowsy. Again, some people will "vibe" with you more than others in that state as well. But anyway, for some/most people jacking-off has no effect in their mood whatsoever, at least not short-term.
