Hard exercise, running intervalls, strength training, and just getting good at something (any skill) helped a lot.

Reading books (autobiographies by other confident, successful people) helped a lot too. It gets you thinking in similar ways. Self help / pop psychology books have also helped a great deal

Meditation. Helped me to get rid of most of my negative selftalk which always killed my confidence. Since meditating daily i just feel good enough the way I am which basically is confidence.

As a martial artist I concurr that it does help. Once you dealt with pain in martial arts getting punched in the face, getting into a submission, getting injured (because it does happen) etc. You almost don't care about rejection.

If you want instant confidence boost, consider better posture. Stand tall, straight and feel you’ll muscles become strained, but that’s good. Back in caveman days we always had to stand tall to seem bigger and dominant. In todays world we all slouch because threats aren’t always nearby, thus giving men with good posture a huge confidence/dominant boost advantage.

Long term confidence boost would be practicing either mindfulness or Buddhism. Understanding how your mind thinks/makes decisions. Becoming more sympathetic and kind toward others. Not becoming angry, instead realize you are the reason for your shit behaviour etc.

Also getting better at your career/passion. Just feels good to be competent and worthy.

Think of what makes your not confident. Is it your body? Too skinny, fat? Are you socially anxious? Do you think you’re a loser? Work on the things that bother you

My personal experience has been that if you can just fake it until you make it, you'll get even farther than if you used something like drugs, alcohol, working out, or martial arts to get you there.

Here's why? What happens if you get fat? What happens if you have to quit, the drugs or alcohol because its getting out of control? What happens if you get your ass kicked?

Yes, sure getting your ass kicked will help you come out stronger and smarter in the end (if you survive).

But I just feel that it is better to fake that shit until you literally come to believe that you are confident.

Dont attach that shit to something external. Because external shit changes constantly. Build it from within.

Not gonna lie… biggest confidence boost is knowing you don’t have to be part of a community such as this and just living your life. Not letting external factors affect is confidence. Accepting that you make mistakes and knowing that no one dwells on the things you do especially anyone of value is confidence. Everyone is self conscious. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has imposter syndrome. Learn to strike conversation with everyone and game will come to you.

Having a career, especially in a competitive industry or company. It’s not the money, but the fact that you’re the elite amongst whatever industry you’re in. That is not only super attractive but it makes YOU feel good about yourself too.

The danger is to get too invested in your work identity and become someone who cannot turn off work or shut up about it. But if you can get and balance a good career you will be a tier above your old self.

There are so many things. Martial arts are fine for several reasons. Indicates many attraction switches in girls at the same time but there are still many. Going to the gym for sure boosts a lot and overall if you wanna achieve something and then you made it generally it is probably the best. If you do it actively or like body positivity you can tell yourself that I'm confident till you actually start to believe it, it works but such a waste of time. Also worked for me. Fake it till you make it. I consciously started to pay attention to my body language then over time it become more natural, then girls are noticed that and I noticed that the girls notice me so I got even more. So whatever you wanna be, act in that way till you eventually become that thing also works

A few things help me. Intense cardio, like bike riding, boosts me in an electric way and I feel strong and fast.

A good hair cut and beard trim.

A good pump from lifting.

Using tinder with the intent to focus on likes instead of the total matches. I don't see their faces cus I'm not paying for it, but I got triple the swipes I use to get years ago when I was fat and lazy. It tells me "hey, if I can get some swipes here then I got chances in real life"

we can say a lot of things about self confidence boost but they all said before. The main idea of self confidence or confidence boost is DO SOMETHING BY OWN. This is the main idea. Lifting weights, martial arts or other hobbies is just the side products of that.EARN YOUR MONEY. Go lifting by OWN. Go to CINEMA BY OWN.Make contact with people. No one always smile or stay positive but always you can say good morning or good evening your neighbourgh.

Other big thing about confidence boost is CREATE SOMETHING.Nowadays people are only consume things. Find a topic and create about it. Play an instrument, do electronic music, paint something, join the charity on your region. When you create you step ahead of millions of people because they are just consumer. But you are creator.

Don't compare yourself with anyone. I know this is cliche but your only competitor is you but yesterday. Always 0.000001 % better than yesterday. Don't push yourself too much. Competition is REAALLY LOW. Be better, do better.

This my approach to how I boost my confidence such a years. I build my confidence. This not happened in one day. It is a processes. Keep grindin and never look back bro.
