Hey guys, so I've been in these types of community off and on for about 6 years now, while a lot of the advice on this board is very helpful, i personally believe that a lot of it is unnecessary, especially to newer guys since it's easier to read a manual and think that your getting better instead of going out and doing.

I will admit, the first year i found this stuff i was mesmerized. The questions that have been on my mind like, Why was she with him? What did I do wrong? etc. seemed to be answered. I found out the hard way that reading and doing are two VERY different things. I read for weeks, trying to soak up everything. I wrote stuff out on flashcards, studied the book like i was studying biology, dissecting every little thing. I had thought that i was finally getting this part of my life handled, and in a year i would have an entourage of women at my disposal.

Well, my game didn't improve, in fact it got a lot worse. Usually, I would be pretty decent at talking but with all this new information floating around, it made my conversation awkward and not genuine. I thought more about what to do next and when to escalate instead of just being present in the moment and connecting with the person in front of me. I didn't quite become the weird seduction guy that are seen in the big cities, all mysteryed and peacocked out in order to get attention, but it was close though. It took someone to tell me, another in the seduction community, a piece of advice that has resonated in my had almost everyday,

"You have all the material you will ever need, you're 90% the way there Medice, but you have to believe in yourself"......

This struck a chord so fucking hard with me, this material is nothing unless you believe in yourself and make your game "Your Game". After that i gave up on the material, deleted a large portion of my stuff, and never looked back. It was then I started to improve immensely, learning from my own mistakes instead of from a manual, and transforming my own personality into someone fun that i like to be around. It was liberating in a sense that i could do this on my own instead of following others game that works for them.

I know for others that the material helped them out, and it is a fantastic resource to have. I just think people put too much reliance on something that you really don't need. It's a crutch should be used like a dictionary, not a manual on how to live your life.
