OP: You seem down to earth and genuine with your explanation. I'm sure girls pick up on this too. I think people should take note.

Everyone else: take note & throw this type of information in your [FR]s. We are literally being bukkaked with strategy all over the place. But the tactical explanations are a little light...

TACTICS - the "doable." "Initiated kino" is a strategy. "Pretended I knew how to read palms to initiate kino" is a tactic. You can read ANY PUA book in an afternoon, and understand the strategy, but the online communities are best to generating ideas to apply those tactics to the strategy.

OP posted some very simple tactics that you can bring out with you and do. Many of us who overcome AA develop EA (escalation anxiety), which is honestly a bigger hurdle. The Escalation ladder is a strategic start, but posts like this enhance the tactical side.

Some will copy your tactics. Others will improve upon them or modify. It all goes into improving the community.

Man, everyone is really clinging to your offhand comment about meditating. I've done meditation, it's great, but meditation doesn't kiss girls. Doing exactly what you said (calibrating, escalating, and having some guts and a pinch of luck) gets girls. I'm glad you found this tactic and could overcome your limiting belief about how long you have to wait to kiss a girl! Think about it, how long after meeting a girl do you know if you'd want to kiss them? For me it's about 5-10 minutes (enough time to gauge if you're cool or snooty or a bitch or funny or whatever). They probably know in about that time too, especially if you get off to a good start.

If there is one serious stumbling block my game has right now, it's going for the kiss.

I can approach well, I can flirt well, I can even escalate to some extent very well, and I've been told I'm good in bed.

But going in for the kiss, barring an open invitation (which never happens unless she's very drunk and/or horny), shoots my anxiety level through the roof, probably from bad past experiences.

It gets incredibly frustrating sometimes to have a stumbling block like that, when you can pick up models but turn into a chump when it comes to time to make a move physically.

Yes I highly recommend meditating for everyone and not just due to game, but generally for life. Clearing your mind is a very good step into tackling any sort of problem.

When I meditate. All I do is put on a Hare Krsna chant and think about nothing but my breathing. The only words I think are in and out. The chant helps me focus and according to the Gita it is the only way to meditate in this age of Kali. Chanting helps too definitely, in fact I recommend a little of both.

Just to clarify for certain people, when he says he is meditating 20 minutes a day I am going to assume he is practicing vipassana. This won't make you better at your game. If done right (e.g., with the goal of mental liberation rather than some egotistical goal), you will slowly develop a sense of mindfulness. That is all. It is not a technique used to further your game. It will just make you more aware of life in general.
