36M here. Divorced in October after nearly 7 years together and almost 4 years married to my ex-wife (32F). Honestly the divorce and loneliness have hit me harder than I expected. I’ve been struggling mentally for a while and I’m trying to figure out whether what I’m dealing with sexually is psychological, medication related, substance related, or some combination of everything.

Since around November I had been using Wyld 50mg THC/CBD/CBG edibles pretty regularly. I’ve also been on Wellbutrin and Vyvanse for ADHD/depression. I stopped the Wellbutrin a little over a week ago and stopped the edibles a few days ago because I started wondering if they were contributing to erectile dysfunction issues.

The problem is it’s been happening repeatedly now. Either I can’t get fully hard at all, lose it quickly, or I finish insanely fast — sometimes barely even getting started or not really able to get in properly before finishing. It’s humiliating honestly and it’s starting to mess with my confidence badly.

I met up with an attractive woman recently and the same thing happened again. Part of me wonders if performance anxiety and the emotional fallout from the divorce are playing a massive role because I’ve been under constant stress, loneliness, rumination, and honestly fear that something is permanently wrong with me.

I still get morning erections sometimes, but they don’t seem as strong as they used to be.

I’m planning on seeing a urologist because I don’t want to just sit around spiraling, but I wanted to ask other divorced men or guys who’ve gone through similar situations:

Did any of you experience ED or sexual dysfunction after divorce/stress/medication/substance use? Did it improve? Did stopping THC or changing meds help? How much of this ended up being psychological vs physical for you?

I know nobody can diagnose me over Reddit. I’m just feeling pretty lost and ashamed right now.
