I think it totally depends on if they are wanting it and who they are getting it from. I worked at a retirement home with a very hot 18 year old guy. For me personally (I'm not saying that the laws don't need to be followed) it depends on the context and how much the young man himself is willingly and actively participating. Which is tricky, because young men are encouraged by society, movies and the like to seek sex, so a distinction must be made between his genuine desire and his willingness to play an assigned social role despite his inner desire and readiness.

If it was a real seduction, and I volunteered to take an active role, no problem. Maybe also because I didn't perceive it as the interest specifically because of my youth, but on the contrary, that the interest is because I'm already starting to be taken as a man. Good memories, though maybe it wouldn't hurt if I was a little older than, say, 14-15. But I already had a pretty intense interest myself, so it's probably better to have some experiences than none. And at that time it was more at the level of erotica than real sex, so at least there was something to think about while masturbating. :-)

But as a young guy (16+), I also got sexual attention from female customers (teasing, butt-slapping accompanied by loud laughter from the entire group of women, and even ruder things) at work. They were mostly married women, powerful compared to me. And I think it often wasn't so much about the actual sexual attention as the women showing off to each other at my expense.

As I got older, this sexual harassment from women stopped (except when the woman was drunk, but at least it wasn't in the group and more of a real attempt at sex) because I learned to make it clear, that I didn't like it. Instead of just blushing and wanting to sink to the ground in shame.

But how do young men feel about it? Does it ever upset them or leave lasting damage if they are in a situation where an older woman is involved with them just because of their youth?

Sexual harassment at work? I hated it. I didn't know how to react properly then, I was still too introverted, sensitive, naive. As for unpleasant situations, I would definitely prefer a fight with a man then, even if he beat me, because at least I could fight back. This behavior of older women, in that work situation, confused me, because of course I tried to be polite and I was advised to try to accommodate them, as they are important and just make harmless fun. The fact that I allowed it is probably the thing that annoys me the most.

I know some guys who played very high level hockey, and when they were in the 15-17 range, and were projected to go to the NHL down the road, they would constantly have woman in their 20s, 30s, 40s+ etc throwing themselves at them for sex, and they often would take some of these girls up on the offer. reverse the genders and there would outrage. they really didnt seem to care that much. It wouldn't matter to me. I don't have a problem rejecting women. Younger women often don't like it because they feel threatened by older men, and by the many times that they repeatedly are approached by older men. Men usually don't have to worry about these things, and men are sexually attracted to a higher percentage of women (including older women) than women are to men.

They probably care just as much as any young woman which is, not usually when they willingly participate and plenty do on the down low. Does it affect them similarly to women coming away from similar experiences? Yes. When someone experienced engages in these acts with someone who isn't, it can change their perception of life, creating a gap between them and their peers.
