There.....is.....what
[–]MuntedMunyak 54 points55 points56 points 6 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
A gay rapist.
Just feminists don’t care because it’s not related to them
[–]patraicemery 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
It's funny tho because if prison rapes where included in most rape stats would have men and women nearly equal.
[–]MuntedMunyak 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
Men actually have more
[–]patraicemery 7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Depending on your source. That's the problem with rape stats. Men severely under report due to social stigma and issues within the legal system, women vastly over report with cases often being dismissed or overturned later. Things that should be counted as rape usually don't and are charged as other crimes (i.e. blackmail).
[–]Nananuhbooboo 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I don’t even think it’s over reporting I think it’s that they cannot control the rape that happens in general for both sexes.
[–]patraicemery 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
By over report I mean false reporting
[–]antilopes -2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Source for "vast over-reporting"? The large modern studies typically estimate about 8% false reports. Even if it were 3x higher at 24% false, that would only reduce the number of rapes by 16%.
In most countries the reporting rate is measured by comparing surveys which sample the whole population, to police records of reported rapes. (Minus 8% for unfounded reports, which includes detected malicious or otherwise false or invalid reports).
The reporting rate for women is typically 10% - 20%, depending on the sensitivity of the survey. The US Justice dept's NCVS gives the highest rate, from 22% to over 30%. Some surveys are oversensitive e.g. NISVS records events the respondent would not classify as rape.
The proportion of reports which turn into overturned cases is microscopic, it is impossible they could affect the reporting rate. In the US 2% of rape reports end up incarcerated. Even if the overturn rate were 10% that would only be 0.2% of reports.
Dismissals almost as uncommon as convictions, 2.2%
Here is the attrition for women from Justice Dept statistics, presented by RAINN:
1000 rapes
230 non-unfounded police reports,
46 arrests
9 referred to prosecutors
5 felony convictions
4.6 imprisoned
https://www.rainn.org/statistics/criminal-justice-system
Justice Dept figures for F>M are useless for comparison due to very low reporting rates, and higher attrition at each stage. M>M rape gets reported somewhat.

I do hope someone answers you, but we have seen those feminist numbers so many times. And time and time again when you look into them you find them terribly misleading or outright false.
Maybe your numbers are different and I hope you have fact checked your own numbers, but honestly I can't be asked to waste an hour on it at the moment. Hope someone else can.

[–]Subtlevibes 6 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
No, I think sexuality is more of a spectrum and we solidify our sexual identities through environment/learning and social cues and norms. For some people it's natural and obvious, for some, other considerations come into play as they form their identities and make decisions about who they are and what they want in life and where they see themselves fitting in.

[–]Astrum91 48 points49 points50 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I was thinking that too. It doesn't matter if he did anything or not, the mere accusation that he did something to her while she was passed out drunk on his bed and his life will be ruined.
[–]Kartoffee 14 points15 points16 points 6 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
I kinda disagree? I get what you mean but I think there's a lot of fear mongering. We have no context here. We know this person is a male college student, but we don't know anything about his relationship with the girl. They may have been friends for years. I just refuse to live as somebody who doesn't trust half of all humans. There are good people in this world.
[–]kakaroxx 7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I definately agree with you. As long as you are close enough with the person and have enough alibis to know she isn't that type of crazy, you can allow this to happen. I'd still try to get a video clip showing she was drunk and how you moved to a different space to sleep or maybe keep a video running overnight just to have as a proof, but most times, you need to be that paranoid. Comes down to how well you read characters.
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
So what? He still has to rely on her honesty and integrity in order to stay out of jail, but she in no way has to rely on his. It's not just the individual people that matter in these calculations: it's the laws and the culture in which they get (so asymmetrically) enforced.
No sane man should ever take that pointless risk. Ever.
[–]Kartoffee 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
She's relying on him not to leave her passed out at a corner for the cops to find. Even without witnesses I would still want to help her if she were a close friend. If you can't trust your friends you have some serious problems.
This sub pisses me off because it turns serious issues into why women are awful. I don't understand how you can go about your life when you think women can destroy your life in a heartbeat. And that's plural. There are terrible women and terrible men but if they are the people close to you they had better not be.
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Like I said, it's not about the individual people; it's about the laws and the manner in which they get enforced.
A man and a woman get drunk at a college bar together; they end up having drunk sex (that she initiates), which both of them regret equally in the morning. Who is in danger of getting accused of rape or at least sexual assault? The woman????? No way.
[–]Kartoffee -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
But we're talking about the individual people. I was initially replying to "he shouldn't have let her stay" because that's just drawing conclusions about people we don't know. And this isn't a case of drunk sex, it's just a girl spending the night. This has happened many times when I was in the dorms and it was never an issue because of the individual people.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Horsefeathers.
The reason he shouldn't have let her stay is because of the legal risk doing so creates, not because he suspects she's an evil meanie stinky-poo. I will not entrust the future of my life to the honesty and largesse of those who will not entrust theirs to me. No man ever should.
[–]Kartoffee -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
This just doesn't make sense to me. There isn't a legal risk if they're a good friend. Would you refuse to cook with your friend because they might have a knife?
And if you're bringing a drunk girl home she is trusting you too, albeit likely more short term. You are keeping her off the street, you aren't raping her , you're making sure she is hydrated and healthy. I've been on the other end (though without the fear of rape) enough to know how caring that is. I just can't see it happening where a woman wakes up after and feels nothing but malice against the person taking care of her. I'm not denying that it happens, but I think if we want to see good we have to be good to people.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I don't know if you're being intentionally obtuse here or not, but I'll break it down one last time and then you can pretend we're discussing anything you want to pretend:
Legal risk by tautology isn't a question of shaky-vs.-reliable personal relationships: it is strictly a question of, if things were to go south, what legal rights and protections would each party have against the other. Any time in a relationship there is a systematic asymmetry of one party's rights versus another's, that increases legal risk.
Personal exposure to legal risk is each person's decision to make for himself, of course, but no one should ever do it blindly or credulously, and I say especially young men today should not do so in relations between the sexes. But you go right on ahead and do you. Any bullets someone like you takes are ones I don't have to dodge, so I'm happy with that.
The scenario the OP discussed was not one of a best friend crashing in his bed; it was some drunken utter fucking random sleeping in his bed. He had no idea what she might say or do the next day just to be an asshole/feminist or perhaps just because she was off her meds. HUGE risk right there, chief. And pointless, I say. He should've thrown her out.
[–]Kartoffee -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
1 and 2) are you MGTOW? Do you refuse to date or marry? Simply put, if men don't have legal advantages then the idea of marriage between men and women would be off the table for you. It's in the same vein as saying that black people never should have ventured out of their own neighborhoods if they wanted equality.
3) we don't know anything about these people. It was posted on an anonymous platform for college students. I do draw the line with risks I take, but I would be fine with having a woman I know crash for the night. Definitely not a random person though, male or female.
[–]AveenoFresh 15 points16 points17 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Depends on the situation.
I've had this happen randomly at 3am. If I kicked her out and forced her onto the couch, my asshole flatmate might have taken advantage. I let her sleep and simply dealt with random bouts of drunk ass molestation from her all night.
[–][deleted] 6 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link
[–]AveenoFresh 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Fear for her safety at the moment was greater than fear for myself, considering she was the drunk one.
I don't think it was a bad choice, but it was a risky one. At least I can live guilt free knowing nothing bad happened to her that night, when it could have easily gone south if she had randomly barged into my roomate's room instead.

[–]Lethn 116 points117 points118 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Lol it doesn't make them think shit unfortunately.
[–]Lethn 3 points4 points5 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
I mean true, but at least it will be easy to catch the idiots out rather than arguing with them about subjective bullshit. My favourite one is female paedophiles and abusers, surely everyone sane agrees that's bad right? But feminists will go out of their way to downplay it or even defend it or worse blame the man in this situation when it's not at all ambiguous.
If there's one thing I'd criticise the MRAs on is they spend too much time arguing with feminists about their bullshit beliefs that have already been debunked hundreds of times over when they should be perhaps focusing more on throwing domestic violence and rape cases in their faces until they go away. Feminists know they can't win on these subjects, that's why they stay silent about them.

I’m one, and will risk posting:
my first thought was that it sounded like a bunch of other guys calling the one guy (who let the girl sleep) gay, and my “toxic masculinity” senses were tingling, but remembering the opinions of that phrase on this sub, instead I moved onto thinking of those stories you hear of girls who’ll think it’s weird that a guy wouldn’t want to have sex. there’s that awful socialization trend where men are supposed to “always want it”, and I think that’s what is coming across here, regardless of the gender of whoever was calling him gay. (Because, who knows, it absolutely could have been a bunch of girls saying that).
My second thought was to congrats the guy who was just a friend to the girl and let her sleep in his bed, but I see from some of the other comments that that could have been risky in itself. It’s a tough spot though, from my POV, because all the guy’s friends are announcing they would have “done something” to her, which if they were all hanging together beforehand, may have ended in sexual assault for the girl, instead of an otherwise physically harmless insult for the guy (though really, mentally the name calling has clearly had a negative effect).
It was interesting to scroll through the other perspectives on here, too, but as a feminist I was kind of confused by the overall “what would feminists think” because...well...I think we would all hate to hear about what happened to the guy too, that we all hate socialized sexuality that results in men’s freedoms being diminished, and that we’re all glad that both of them got to go home, safe from assault or accusation.
OF COURSE, I’m a grownup, and I can admit that I might be missing something, or not seeing something here so, please clarify or...dare I risk, debate anything I’ve said above.
Thanks for letting me be in this sub. This is my first ever comment here.

They would say that in a culture where toxic masculinity runs rampant, someone who took advantage of a drunk woman would be applauded or at least accepted by his peers, and a man who respects boundaries and consent will be treated with derision. (Bonus points for homophobia.)
They would also suggest pointing out this toxic behavior and standing up for those who point out said behavior.
They would acknowledge the person acted appropriately but they would probably not shower him with praise for not raping a woman, as not raping a woman is the bare minimum.
[–]Feshtof 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
A societal reinforcing of the artificial gender dichotomy by expecting the alpha man to take advantage of the helpless girl, and then challenging their masculinity for failing to do so, is pretty much a direct example of toxic masculinity.
"In the social sciences, toxic masculinity refers to traditional cultural masculine norms that can be harmful to men, women, and society overall; this concept of toxic masculinity is not intended to demonize men or male attributes, but rather to emphasize the harmful effects of conformity to certain traditional masculine ideal behaviors such as dominance, self-reliance, and competition."
Also a lot of people on this thread seem to think it was girls calling him gay for that.
Nothing in the posts indicates who precisely slurred him for his admirable behavior.

t's mostly an issue inherent to a single side. When one side is causing the problem 9 times out of 10, then that one side needs to fix it and stop blaming the other side as though it's equal.
It really is not. You obviously don't have any idea how many women find it strange when a man don't "always want it" as society expects. Spoiler: It's most women.
I'm a guy who isn't particularly interested in sex and I've heard the comment "Are you gay, dude?" just as much from women as I have from men.
And men often say it jokingly while women seem to take offence to the fact that I don't want to put my dick in them or their friend.
This really is an issue that's more or less equal to both genders so society needs to fix it. Not only men and not only women, but all of us.
Majority of women who would support him would outnumber the ones calling him gay. This isn't a case where both sexes would do things at equal rates.
Ha, no they would not. It's really a minority of people who would support him. Both men and women world ridicule him at about equal rates. I have experienced this myself. You are really disconnected from reality if you think otherwise.
You sound like someone that would rather blame women than ever accept that men are primarily the problem when it comes to male men's issues. This isn't black and white, but it's 90%+ one shade.
Again with the man hate. Who hurt you as a kid? A lot of men's issues are caused by other men, but just as many are caused by women. Why do you want to create this division between men and women? What do you get out of it?
Honestly, I don't understand you. We need more unity in the world if we want to fix the problems plaguing us, but the hate and division you spread will just make it impossible.
Please, step out of your bubble. Take your black and white, men against women, men are evil glasses off and try to see the world from other perspectives. We need more unity in society. Take a step forward with us.
What you're doing is like saying "Wayne and Brent Gretzky are the highest scoring brother combo in NHL history." It's technically true, but the stat comes almost entirely from Wayne (1487 GP to 13 GP).
I don't follow sport, sorry.
I get your point, but it's wrong. Women really call men gay for not wanting sex just as much as men do. I don't know what else to tell you. I have personally experienced this many, many times in my life.

[–]ToastedStoner0 points 6 years ago* [recovered] (11 children) | Copy Link
It is though and the only reason you want to argue it is not is because you have a vendetta against women. This topic isn't about women raping men, but about women being molested when they're blackout intoxicated.
No, this is about a guy who got called gay because he didn't touch his drunk friend, but likewise would have been called a rapist if he did - likely even if she actually wanted him to.
Men are significantly more likely to call each other gay for not be aggressors. This is a problem that men have to fix first.
No, it's still equal. I don't know what to tell you if you can't understand this simple statement.
Women are not going around saying "he didn't assault me when I was drunk, so he must be gay" as much as you seem to wish.
No, they say "he didn't want to have sex with me, so he must be gay". You seem under the impression that women never want sex so any guy leading up to something must be a rapist.
Women also like to have sex when drunk. Most women I've had sex with has been after drinking at a party/club and they started leading up to something. (By the way, how is it only rape when men lead up to something with a drunk woman and not rape if a woman does it with a drunk man? Because if it is, I have been raped many times by now)
As soon as you say no to sex, they start getting offended saying "Why? Are you fucking gay?" and then go tell their girlfriends who also start ridiculing you for being gay. When you then go to the guys to complain, they also say "Dude, why wouldn't you tap that? Are you gay?"
I have personally experienced this, many, many times. It rarely happens that someone is supportive of your decision - men or women. Luckily, I have two good friends who supported me when this happened but everyone else called me gay.
Do you see what I'm saying? A minority of people are supportive in this. Most men and most women would call you gay. This isn't a gendered issue. It's a society issue.
You bitch about "man hate", but here you are trying to find every excuse you can to hate women. Your idea of unity is "let's get together and discuss our hate towards women."
No, I bitch about sexism and hypocrisy. If you truly read my comments, you would see that I put equal blame on both genders. You only blame men for everything, so who is the sexist here?
My idea of unity is "let's go together and discuss the problems we face as a society and try to fix them together". However, your hate and sexism against men is preventing you from seeing that.
I don't hate women. I have a loving girlfriend and my best friend is a women I've known for many years. I have always been friends with a lot of women and my best friends growing up were female (100% platonically).
I often get called their "gay friend who is into women".
I guarantee you have not experienced this transgression equally between men and women. I guarantee it's been overwhelming men that would call you gay for not being the aggressor.
So my experience is totally invalid and you just disagree without any proof whatsoever.
You don't feel like this could be true, since it would go against your black and white, men against women, men are evil perspective of the world, so you just dismiss my experiences. That's a really bad way to look at things.

Since we are talking about responsibility, why arent you busy fixing false accusations? redardless on whether we agree on the numbers, its an overwhelmingly woman thing to falsely accuse. I dont know how old you are but life teaches us many things, through love and pain, especially pain. Get a few more years under your be. Men are guilty the moment they are accused, lives ruined by false allegations. You see this every day if you pay attention, men being accused, and the court of public opinion declaring them guilty without an arrest or trial. We are afraid to help because we know what that might later entail

It's mostly an issue inherent to a single side. When one side is causing the problem 9 times out of 10, then that one side needs to fix it and stop blaming the other side as though it's equal.
i agree. this is why the largest demographic to perpetuate toxic masculinity via "man up" are women.
[–]theholdencaulfield_ -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Feminism is struggle based on equality of sexes right? So will they call out men who call this man gay? Or will they keep silent?
By the way, if you are so adamant on keeping out of men's issues, don't expect men to support your cause

[–]theholdencaulfield_ 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
It is dangerous to not speak up against this, because it spreads a message that those not taking advantage of a woman in this case are "outcasts"
The issue is not the man being called "gay". It is the underlying reason that needs to be speculated and corrected

Yes, this sub is home to a massive anti-feminist circle jerk.
Of course the original post is pointing out a legitimate issue, it sucks that men can sometimes have their sexuality questioned if they don't take advantage of a woman. But that's actually covered under an existing construct: toxic masculinity, yet people here love to hate on that concept just because of the name and because it was coined by feminists.
[–]SweatyAdvance0 points 6 years ago* [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link
> yet people here love to hate on that concept just because of the name and because it was coined by feminists.
Right, because there is no legitimate reason to be put off by that concept other than the name and that it was coined by feminists. None at all.
Move along folks, nothing to see here...

Not really, no. It's a description of how certain aspects of various cultures can impose expectations of masculinity that cause problems. The OP is an example of this, it's an aspect of ideas about masculinity in our culture that creates a problem (e.g. "what, you didn't have sex with her? You gay or something?").
There are, of course, legitimate criticisms of the concept but I see no reason to just dismiss it out of hand.
As you like.

[–]I_am_the_night 2 points3 points4 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Also a thing. There are absolutely aspects of cultural ideas regarding femininity that produce problems, such as the notion that a woman must find value in being a stay at home mom, or the idea that women who express frustration or anger are necessarily "crazy".

Actually had a situation like this happen to me too. Played wingman for my roommate/buddy at the time, got back to where we live and I kept the chick's friend company in my room. She practically begged me to sleep with her but I told her I didn't want to take advantage of the fact that she was drunk and just let her sleep in my bed while I slept on the floor (Didn't have a couch). Next day the 2 chicks left, I told my friend what happened and he teased me about it and told everyone we were mutual friends with and I became a joke for a bit to them.
End of the day, it didn't bother me and I felt really good about myself and the decision I made. I do wish I remembered to ask for her # the next day though, we hit it off pretty well the night before and cuz got damn that chick was easily a 9/10. Haha

Seriously, I'm glad my first 20 years of sex was without any of us having seen porn. People had always known about various kinks as personal quirks but the mainstreaming of dom/sub, roughness and degrading stuff (which is only ever directed at women, never the men) in the last decade or two as if they are routine just seems weird to me. Children are having their sexuality constructed in their brains for years before encountering a real partner.

Two consenting adults whether they are male or female should be able to do what they like together, even simulate sexual assault or rape. I think taking rights or choices (whether by society judgement or laws) like this doesn't help anyone just restricts the mindset of all.

It's simply the way really crass, sexist women (and men) think.
'I wore my sluttiest dress, why didn't he come onto me? He must be ga-ay!'
I mean seriously, women came up with that, and douchebags simply go along with it.
First, they act like they're hot shit, everyone wants them, and there would be no cost to banging them, then they try to juice you, and when you walk away, they try to bring you back into their flock to be fleeced by playing ego games. But if you had banged them, they and the whole female community would most certainly have enforced a cost. And the real reason you turned them down, is probably because they ain't hot shit. They're just some old ho with mad problems you ain't wanna deal with.

Meh, people love being dramatic. Guys with close women friends they trust are not going to have a problem in general, they aren't going to kick them out on the street. Maybe sleep on the floor if bed seems too dangerous e.g. if she's at risk of waking up horny in the night.

Probably not important but will tell anyways,
I was cheated on and I couldn't get over it. Few months passed and I've been trying to be okay. I had a best friend who is a guy, in college, and he lives in a dorm near the school and I would hang out to his place frequently. He basically provided company every time I visit him. There's this one time I wasn't really being myself. My energies would be so low, I asked him to hug me. I know I'm still hurt by my past but I tried to bury it. I asked him to cuddle me and it got a bit intense. I didn't mind if it would go down to sex, I had no self respect and was into self destructive behaviors. He knows my heart and stopped me. He told me nice things and I felt respected. He said that he values our friendship and that he knows that I'm just being like that because I'm not really okay. He hugged me tight and I cried to those memories I had. Those memories that I've let myself go destructive ways and do things that wasn't really I wanted but still did.
I know there are wild crazy women out there who would actually take rape claims so lightly but I guess to those who are like the post, don't change. If people would be judgmental or question your sexuality, just because you chose to be respectful, let them be. You are valued as much as I do to my best friend. I couldn't stress enough how much I appreciate him, I hope those people who you left respected and untouched can leave a message of appreciation. It's a huge deal to me and I have great respect to people like them.
Better than being called a rapist and having to carry that name around in your records for life. 🤦🏽♂️
[–]Rougemak 5 points6 points7 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
You know, the undiscussed flip side to the strange directions that drunk consent laws have taken over the past decade is that girls are being infantilized to the point where they can’t get drunk and have a hookup, at least not with a guy who’s taking intelligent precautions to avoid a rape charge. That almost sounds like a disenfranchisement of womens’ right to sexual autonomy...
[–]antilopes 1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I'd think most guys who don't screw drunk girls are not infantilising them or terrified of being accused, they just recognise they are not in their right mind and don't want to take advantage.
The "too drunk to fuck responsibly" zone starts some way into the beer goggles zone but a long way before the "risk of blackout which could lead to rape accusation" zone.
> disenfranchisement of womens’ right to sexual autonomy
Tosh. This is increasing women's sexual autonomy in that they are safer. They won't find so many willing partners when drunk now but reduced choice does not affect autonomy. The increasing incidence of horny drunk women who can't get laid will lead to an increase in the number of horny not so drunk women, who can get laid. Everybody wins.
[–]Rougemak -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Yeah I’m not saying the guys are infantilizing them, it’s the people saying that women can’t make decisions re sex while drunk.
Also, I’m not aware of any universally accepted standard for when a girl is too drunk to give consent. In my time in the US military they (the sexual assault prevention briefings) said one drink was enough to negate consent, depending on her tolerance. Since you can’t gauge a strangers tolerance, one drink it is.
I don’t think you are properly using the term autonomy. It means self governance. You could absolutely argue that you’re making women safer by instituting these laws, i think it’s hard to argue that point. But increasing their autonomy? Nah. That’s a losing argument.
[–]antilopes 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
The military one drink sure is reducing autonomy. I knew there was a lower standard, didn't know it was that strict. I should have been a soldier, I like screwing sober.
[–]Rougemak 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Yeaaaaaah.. i wouldn’t recommend the military as an opportunity to get your dick wet. There’s roughly one girl for every twenty guys. And most of the girls get married immediately. If you run the numbers your realize you’re fucked.

The sad thing is that it's not only guys faults this problem exists. I have a friend (well, we've gone vastly different ways, so I'm not sure I'd call her a friend anymore, but we used to hang out) who was hanging out with two guys. Unsurprisingly they got drunk and they started making out and drunk calling people. Most people just laughed at it, but this one lovely guy decided to be a gentleman and said "no, you're too drunk I need to take care of you" so he drove her to his house and let her sleep in his bed.
Except he wasn't a gentleman. He had sex with her. Drunk and unconscious in his bed.
Yet the worst part isn't even that, but rather that when she found out the next day she didn't mind. She didn't remember anything of the previous night, and yet she didn't consider herself a rape victim. When she told me the story I swear I could see a hint of pride. SHE WAS PROUD OF IT! WTH!?
She was 15 when this happened iirc. The first two guys who purposely got her drunk (oh, yeah I forgot to mention, they got her to drink, it wasn't something she decided to do in a whim. They got the alcohol and convinced her, so they probably had some nefarious reasons to do that) were 18 and 21. The guy who raped her was 19. So it wasn't only rape, it was rape of a minor.
I actually got their their first names, but sadly not any other info, and since she didn't seem to care I couldn't exactly report them to the police either way.

Doesn't matter that he didn't touch her, she'll probably accuse him of rape anyway. Women love doing that shit lol. It's why mgtow is the smartest option.
No. You sound like Cathy Newman on the C4 Jordan Peterson interview. ‘So you’re saying...’
Nobody is advocating he’s gay for not touching her (I’m advocating he’s a trustworthy gentleman). By that definition he isn’t a rapist either. What if she’d made a pass at him....?
This argument isn’t a dichotomy between gay or potential rapist. There’s the point; it’s nuance that matters here.... something feminists seem never see the point of. To them, ‘all men are evil’.

But not from that woman, it could be someone he walked past on the street. Four tenths of a second is all it takes.

Unconfirmed? This exact bullshit has literally happened to me.
[–]R-Contini 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Completely in the right dude, don't listen to them. I know someone who did 5 years for taking advantage in that exact situation, it does happen and some girls absolutely will call rape even just for wandering hands.
[–]dont-believe-me- -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Only men would call him gay. This sub sucks.
These are tough times, we need to live frugally. Homo and trans is excessive. Pick one.
[–]Taxidermy4Life -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
My best friend said she thought I was gay because she felt safe around me, we arent really friends anymore.
[–]tenchineuro -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He may still be accused of rape.
[–]Ogreblack -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well according to some feminists, if you aren’t gay, you are a rapist.
[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Why not either? Expand the definition: gay muslim skinhead Russian transphobic rapist.
