Have your own life apart from the woman, and if you do want a woman, you should want her because she is fun to be around. That is the only reason. Not because you need her to affirm that you are "okay"

Also, "fun" doesn't only mean sex (see first bolded point)

It can mean dancing, comedy, live music, travel, adventure, humor, a great conversation, some outdoor activity, AND THEN SEX AS A RESULT OF THE BUILT CHEMISTRY

Enjoy your quality time with women, then go back to chasing your goals.

Women = fun, goals = fulfilling. Do both, but know where they stand

The sex is better when you seeing one or two consistent women at a time

You want a harem of women at your disposable because you think more is better and the more women you fuck the more masculine you are. But once you have the ability to fuck lots of women (through escorts or being very attractive), you realize that more is not always better.

When you're dating, try to have only one or two (max three) FWB's at a time and really enjoy your time with them and build a fun bond with them. (both inside and outside the bedroom). Quality over quantity

In this situation, you're more relaxed. You're likely to perform better, last longer, and put more love into your lovemaking.

She's also more relaxed, she enjoys it more, and she's more likely to do "taboo" things with you like rough play, toys, anal play, role play, outfits, threesomes, and things like that. (this is not a guarantee and everyone is different and consent is always required, but you know what I mean)

Real sex is better than porn

Pretty obvious but yeah seeing escorts definitely cut my porn usage WAYYYY down. The financial cost of escorts in the short term is worth the mental health benefits of separating from porn in the long term

I have also gotten better at healthy masturbation, so that's always an option too. Previously, jerking off was a bad option, since I used to do death grip and use porn, but I have 95% broken that habit, so healthy masturbation is something I can do often thats both easy on my wallet and on my brain's reward circuit

Horniness vs boredom

I'm seriously considering stopping seeing escorts regularly. Not out of necessity or anything, I'm just bored of it now. I got my fix, and now I want a new "thing" to look forward to every few weeks.

Sex is rarely about sex, it's always about something else, and I realized it was not the sex I was after, it was the thrill of doing something I'm not supposed to do

If you go down this path and the other 99% of your life is filled with healthy habits like the ones I mentioned above, you will probably feel the same way too and get bored after a while

If I do end up quitting, I'm going to spend the money I used to spend on escorts on some adventures with my friends. Maybe we can rent a cool car and go somewhere or get a table at a hot nightclub, or something fun like that.
