Married 1.5 years, together for 8

Went to therapy and discovered I was living with pretty severe depression and was pulling away from the relationship for a while. We have love for each other but both agreed to nip in the bud and start over.

After being isolated from family and friends for years (which was the main cause of my depression), I’m excited to start rebuilding those relationships. Tried reconnecting with past good friends but after so many missed hangouts, vacations, and major life milestones - some gave up on me…anyone experience this?

I’m waiting to date again and focusing on myself but for those that got back into dating, did women find it a red flag?

Honestly, today’s online dating culture is foreign and intimidating. Now throw in the “divorced guy” variable…is this seen as a red flag?
