Attraction for women and attraction for us are two totally different things.

With us it mostly starts and stops at how does her face and body look. She could have a squeaky voice, be shy, be anxious, but if she looks good to us we’ll deal with it.

With women attraction is a myriad of things. Vibe, voice, charm, aura, confidence, charisma, social standing, yes face and body are definitely important to them as well, but it’s so much more that goes into it.

And all of those boxes have to be checked for her to want you. You may be a decent looking or handsome guy but socially awkward and you may have to work on that.

Obviously being in shape helps, but that takes months of work.

The quality of the women you attract is directly proportional to the amount of effort you put in. If you're not willing to spend "months of work" on improving yourself and for yourself, you'll probably never get women to notice or be that attracted to you. And really, what's a few months? The time will pass anyway. Why not spend it bettering yourself? 90days of healthy eating and working out for an hour 5x a week will literally change your life.

That said, experiment with fashion and style, including hairstyles and facial hair. Invest in cologne that compliments your body chemistry. Learn new skills, specifically cooking, baking, and anything creative. Increase your vocabulary. Practice social engagement and interaction. Take a improv class and/or a public speaking course.

Build yourself up and please stop looking for shortcuts and quick fixes. There's probably nothing you can do today, over the weekend, this week, or even this month that will drastically change your success with women. It's a long journey and requires time, practice, and experience.

Be patient.

I'm willing to bet you already know what to do. A few months is but a speck in the span of a lifetime. In those months, it'll only take 4-8 months depending on where you're starting to change your body.

Eat clean, whole foods. Drink tons of water. Life heavy to failure 5x a week, somewhere between 6-8 reps for size. Full contraction and controlled negatives.

30 mins of cardio and abs daily. Come back in those 4-8 months and tell us you're not more attractive. I dare you. I'll put money on it that you can't.

Know why? Because when you workout consistently, you develop this thing called discipline, that will carry you to achieve greatness in every area of your life. It starts with mastery of self. If you can push yourself to go to the gym and make yourself miserable for 1-2 hours a day to achieve a goal, you're teaching your subconscious that you can achieve anything else.

This ish is hard. Going up to a strange woman that's making your heart race is hard. You get butterflies. Your legs may tremble, your knees might even buckle. You're probably running through a million ways of how to start the convo, how to be suave and smooth. You overthink so now you stutter and struggle to get it all out, if you even get that far.

In spite of all this, you must do it anyway. Because it's through repetition and time that you develop and grow. Any way you attempt to shortcut the process if it isn't through process directly, will lead to stagnancy. You don't want that.

In the meantime, fix your posture. Go up to a wall, pin your shoulder blades to it, and then step forward. This is how you walk now. This posture mimics the walk of a confident achiever. You give off the aura of someone who believes in themself. This is what women want. Confidence.

Work on eye contact. It creates the feeling of intimacy as you look deeply into a woman's eyes. Focus on one eye, or look at the bridge of her nose, they won't be able to tell the difference.

Do light touching on the shoulder and elbow, then gradually make your way down to her thigh. Rest your hand on her hand. Let your leg rest on hers, and hers on yours. Before long, she'll be more comfortable with being physical with you. This is where you kiss on the neck, and forehead before going for the main event.

There you go. These will make you IMMEDIATELY more attractive. That said, it won't last. You gotta do the hard work, ESPECIALLY when you don't feel like it.

Seriously bad teeth are a silent deal killer because eventually she is going to look at your mouth and decide if she’d want to open mouth kiss you. 4. i've got a suspicion that a huge number of men are misinformed about why they are unsuccessful in dating. i see decent looking young men complain about being called 'cute' and 'adorable' while being repeatedly friendzoned and the answer was so clear: they're cute because they're good looking, but they're not attractive.

we tend to equate good looking and attractive, but they are wildly different concepts, and i think unsuccessful men should have a long think about why they're unattractive.

to answer the op, maybe if the 'pheromones' you can buy in public bathrooms actually works!

Workout, develop a better career, get some hobbies and practice empathy and surrounding himself with good people.

Don't spin your wheels thinking you can say some magic phrase to make a girl like you.

But to try answer your question, you could try getting a better fashion sense. To me, you need to work on your sillouhette are you tall, skinny, fat etc. Dress to your body.

But honestly, there's not really a quick fix I'm sorry to say. You have to put some effort and some years into it, rip this band aid off early.

As progressive as society has become regarding gender roles and equality, I think the truth is that traditionally masculine traits are still attractive to the majority of women. Whether that's a result of sociological conditioning or biology can be debated, but regardless that is the reality.

Just be calm and reasonable. Ponder things. Don’t speak unless you have something to say. Avoid bragging about yourself or showing outward cockiness. Be honest while being kind. Passion. Have passion for the things you love in life no matter how nerdy they may seem. People can see through your facade so just be yourself; be genuine. Don’t complain about things and don’t make everything political. Open doors for people and help people out. Respect everyone until they give you a reason not to. Give people the benefit of the doubt. In my experience a man has to be attractive physically AND mentally to be attractive at all. Even the hottest guy will lose attractiveness if he's an insecure needy manchild.

Quick ways to improve your physical attractiveness are to simply have excellent hygiene and to dress well. For more long term attractiveness, fitness and weight matter a lot.

For emotional attractiveness, be dominant (initiate things, know and do what you want) and don't be too available, allow sexual tension to build. Hide any insecurities as much as you can, cause they're more of a turn off than anything physical could ever be.

Two of the quickest things you can do are to change how you dress, and get a nice haircut.

If you don't know what to do for clothes, a good rule to follow is to get clothes that fit you properly. Go to a nicer store such as Express or even H and M, and ask for some help with sizing. Employees at these stores can also help with picking outfits.

The stores available to you and also the local style may change based on the region or country you live in. Pick a popular mid to high tier store near you to get an idea of the style to buy into.

From there, buy clothes that are within your budget. In most cases you can have a decent outfit at any budget. You can make these purchases in store or at an online store front provided you have appropriate sizing.

As far as haircuts go, find a good local barbershop or salon. You don't have to spend $50+ for a decent haircut. Look up current hair styles for 2022 online and pick one. Bring the photo with you to the barber or stylist and show them what you want. They can work with you and make adjustments based on your hair type and facial structure.

The problem is actually doing it, most guys are lazy. They don't want to put in effort. They'll make any excuse or blame women or society. You see it the most with the incessant whining about OLD. Start buy focusing on your self, and work on thing you hate about your self.

After that read some book on self improvement ( you mind can become a blocker to you, like negative attitude )

gym , hygiene , get you house ( or room if this all you got ) clean

get you self a positioned strap ( 20$ ) on amazon. having a bad posture wont help you image.

after that its a grind, go on as many date you can pick. its about putting you self out there.

Hmm, if you keep hitting roadblocks try to figure out why? It might not even be about your attractiveness. It might be something keep saying without realizing. Personally, I like shy/mysterious guys who stay busy, have hobbies, a job, friends, talent, accomplishments, a passion.. etc. Just don’t be boring, stand out. It’s not all about looks. But remember to have good hygiene, look like you care about your looks… Update your ig profile, post spontaneous things, don’t be afraid to show personality. Hope this helps !
