It's gonna be a bit harder the shorter you are in general. Your looks always come first. That's what gets your foot in the door. Then 'game' helps seal the deal - turning that physical attraction smoothly into sex. And height is simply a part of looks. Height is important to some girls, and less important to others. Essentially like big tits on a girl. Some guys are obsessed, but i'm not that bothered about her having big tits or small tits if she is pretty and slim and young

But at 5'6'', although far from ideal, it's not 'over'. If you are good looking facially, and you can get yourself into good shape, then there will still be a decent amount of hot girls who won't instantly write you off. (like they all would if you were 4'9'' for example lol.) I can tell you, hand on heart, that the biggest slayer I know is only about 5ft 7 to 5ft 8. Just and inch or so taller. But he is STUPIDLY handsome! He gets approached by super hot girls all the time. His height isn't an issue. He doesnt have 'game', but that doesn't matter. She games him since her attraction is so high on sight. He just needs to not be sick on her lap and he'll get her. I guess some would call that 'game; :)

And going for girls who are shorter isn't a bad idea, although don't be surprised if SOME of these midget girls only want a guy over 6ft 4! I see that more and more lol. It's nuts. I even matched with a girl on tinder last year and she was like 5ft, and i'm a hair under 6ft, and when she commented on a group pic that i wasn't as tall as my friend and realised i wasn't well over 6ft, i was unmatched haha

Women are malleable to some extent. All the "What do you call guys under 6 foot? Friends" girls would eat their words if a Daniel Radcliffe was into them. Some are such height supremacists that they won't date under a threshold, but who cares about them?

What's always fun to me is to hit on ridiculously tall women. Seriously. The 6 foot women out there are very intimidating to MOST men, even tall ones. Even approaching a tall woman gives you instant confidence points. Their experience tends to be that when they go out with friends, their short friends get hit on more often than them. So, shoot your shot. The shit tests you get tend to be the easiest to pass, "You're a bit short for me" "I was hoping to meet someone to cancel my rock climbing membership" or "Don't worry, I brought a grappling hook"

For some girls 100%, but I've never had issues with it. If you make it an issue, then it's going to be an issue. You're going to subconsciously create bad thinking habits around it, which in turn will affect your dating life.

It is completely immaterial to me how tall a man is; why would I pass over a great man for a lousy 3 or 4 inches? To me, it’s pure idiocy. I'm 5'7", and I have always done fairly well with women. I've even dated girls that were taller than me by an inch or so. Although maxing out physical appearance is more important for guys our size (body composition, hair, style, etc.), I'd say the biggest factor that has impacted my success with women is learning how to convey a confident masculine frame. The best piece of advice on this subject is that you should spend no energy whatsoever ruminating on physical traits you cannot change, for it is wasted. Act just as you would if you were 6'5, and never doubt yourself again.

Unfortunately it's partially true. There are girls that do not consider short guys, but I think with enough charisma and charm you could sway them. I mean even if you start on the wrong foot you can still win, it's just harder.

I spent my entire adult life thinking I was 5'5" and yet never really felt self conscious. I recently went on an OL-Date with a girl who had her height listed as 5'6" and I figured I might as well let her know that we'd probably be about the same height in case if was going to be a problem. She didn't mind and when I got there I found out we were the same height. I later confirmed that either I had grown an inch since being on TRT or I've been wrong about being 5'5" my whole life because I measured in at 66" at my last drs appt.

Point being I know that there is a percentage of women that are just not going to happen unless it's an exception to the rule. I got asked to sophomore homecoming by a girl who was like 5'7" and had to take her heels off for our pictures.

Confidence and self-care really do make a huge difference.

I (22f) love short guys. My partner of 7 years is 5'4". Other guys I've had crushes on where almost always short. You just have to find ladies who either don't care about height (most are like this, but there are silly/shallow people who care about height like its a deal breaker or something) or shorter people are their preference
