Sorry for the long post, had lots to say - TL;DR at the end

I've been a part of this community for a long time with my main account and it's been a huge help for me in my seduction journey ever since I started getting into this stuff about 10 years ago. I've mostly ever lurked and never really posted before since my focus for the most part over the years has been learning from others and improving my own game.

However, this year has been one of the best years of my life game-wise so about a month ago, I created this throwaway account to start posting in this subreddit as a way to give back to it for all the help that it has provided me over the years. That being said, I was not expecting the amount of toxicity and hate that I have received from quite a few members of this community as a result.

A little background on me: I'm 28 and started working on my game about 10 years ago. I'm white, 6 feet tall, skinny, and have an average face. I didn't lose my virginity until I was 18 (on a fluke) and didn't have much success at all after that with girls until I was in my 20s. I suffered from severe approach anxiety, social awkwardness, insecurity, and lack of game for many of those years and I've been working hard at improving all of those things + refining my game to get where I am today.

Am I a chad or a seduction god? Not at all. 9s and 10s are out of my league + I get rejected often for being skinny and I still make mistakes + have several things to work on when it comes to my game. However, I know that for lots of people, even getting to my level is an accomplishment so I am quite happy with my own achievements and current level of game.

That being said, have I had certain advantages that helped me achieve the success I have? Sure, being 6 feet tall and white has definitely helped. However, to try to completely discredit all the work I had to put in over the past 10 years to get to this point based on those two factors is not fucking cool. To claim that I have been given a silver platter and that I've had everything in life handed to me when I've had to deal with countless rejections, awkward dates, and cringey moments of my own as I've grown over the years is downright insulting.

Has my height and race made it easier for me to work on my game? Yes it has, but attraction is so much more than just those two factors. I was still 6 feet tall and white when I was younger, but I definitely wasn't having the success I have now back then. You really think that by being 6 feet tall and white, I can just walk up to any girl and without saying a word, she'll just start fucking me right then and there? You're completely delusional if so and have so much work to do if you ever want to have any sort of success with women.

Attraction is a combination of multiple factors, not just physical appearance. It also includes style, attitude, energy/vibe, confidence, charisma, personality, social proof, fame, money, and stability. You don't need all of them to be attractive and some of them can be more valuable than others, but in the end, as long as you have a combination of several of them, then people will be attracted to you.

For example, I have never had a girl tell me I was hot, the best I've gotten is cute, and I've been rejected fairly often for my slim stature. At the beginning, this got to me, but I've since learned to accept myself for who I am and make the most of what I do have, plus improve the other things that are improveable, to get to where I am today.

If you're short, fat, skinny, handicapped, old, ugly, or a minority (especially Asian or Indian), you will run into more issues than someone who isn't any of those, but it doesn't mean that you can't still find your own success. A huge part of finding success in your dating life (and by extension, finding happiness) is accepting yourself for who you are when it comes to the things you can't change + working hard at the things you can, as well as making the most of what you got and living within your means.

This means that if you have one or several of the traits I mentioned earlier, you will need to understand and accept that you probably won't be able to pick up 9s or 10s, maybe not even 7s or 8s either (unless you are rich and/or famous, in which case pretty much all attraction rules go out the window). You will need to lower your standards + focus on what you can achieve for yourself and only then will you be able to find success in your dating life.

Is that fair? No, it's not, but most of life isn't. At the end of the day, none of us asked to be here and the hands we were dealt were completely random so you have to realize that and make do with what you've got. Bitching about how good others have it when you don't won't change a thing for you. In fact, it actually makes it even more difficult for you to find any sort of success if all you do is blame your failures on things outside your control because that negativity and insecurity is insanely unattractive and is probably the most effective female repellant there is.

In addition, going a step further and actively choosing to harass people like me who have found their success when all we're trying to do is help others (like u/allthatmoney has done repeatedly -i.e. just constantly seeking out my comments on other people's posts and attacking + trying to discredit me because I'm tall and white) is absolutely despicable (and not to mention a complete violation of rule #6). He has since deleted the majority of those comments, but if you look through my comment history, you'll be able to see my responses to him and get the gist of what he was saying.

He's not the only one either, I've had a few other people make similar comments to me, not going as far as u/allthatmoney to harass me every time I comment, but still attacking me for trying to help other guys here with their game, claiming my advice is invalid simply because I'm tall and/or white. Therefore, I think something very important needs to be said.

This community is extremely diverse. It includes virgins who have never kissed a girl before as well as guys who get laid on more than 90% of the dates they go on. It includes guys who have naturally attractive physical features as well as guys who don't. It includes guys who are part of a minority as well as guys who are white. It includes guys who get matches on dating apps and guys who don't. It includes all of these guys and everything in between.

We've all been dealt different hands and we're all at different stages in our game, working on different things. Therefore, not all the advice that is given by someone will apply to everyone. This doesn't mean that just because a piece of advice doesn't apply to you specifically, it's automatically invalid. The world doesn't revolve around you and not every piece of advice will work for you, but that doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. Not every guy here is in the exact same position as you.

Therefore, if you see someone give advice that doesn't apply to you and your situation specifically (especially if the advice was given as a response to someone else completely and not to you directly), then instead of attacking the person giving the advice for not catering to you specifically or for having physical traits that you don't, just realize and understand that the advice wasn't meant for you and move on. There are other people who might benefit from that advice who are in a different situation to the one you're in. Not everyone here is in the exact same situation as you.

However, if I'm completely wrong about this and this subreddit is only supposed to be for guys who were dealt a bad hand and/or have terrible game, then please do let me know and I will make my exit. I don't believe this to be the case, but given all the hate I have received, I'm starting to question the purpose of this community.

-------------------------------------------

TL;DR - There are guys of all shapes, colours, and skill levels in this community. Attacking someone who is giving advice to someone else and trying to discredit them on the basis of their physical characteristics goes against the spirit of the community which should be focused on bringing each other up as we all work towards the ultimate goal of getting laid.

Just because a certain piece of advice doesn't apply to you specifically doesn't mean it won't apply to someone else reading it so if you don't find a particular piece of advice helpful to you because you think your physical characteristics limit you, then just move on and let someone else make use of that advice. Believe it or not, this subreddit isn't just limited to those with incel mentalities.
