Yea. Seddit talked me into trying it and I noticed a huge difference in my confidence (or perhaps more appropriately: my aggression). It might all be in your head, but at least in my case it helps with approach anxiety.

It keeps me from saying "fuck it, I don't need her anyways"... which is just one more excuse not to approach.

Personal theory here, but I think that not fapping and the positive traits you listed are not related in a causal manner, but rather a correlative.

We've all but proven that the 'fapping makes your testosterone drop' is scientifically false. Rather, I posit that it is not the act of fapping, but the placement of yourself in situations where you feel comfortable and able to fap.

Remember how often you fap not out of horniness, but indeed out of simple boredom. "Well, nothing else to do... might as well play with my awesome toy" style. I believe the trick is that when we are living our lives with these periods of boredom, of directionless, is what leads to our passive, driveless states.

Instead, when we engage in "alpha" activities, in a manner that keeps us from the passivity required to fap, we build up the traits you listed in the OP. By restraining ourselves, we essentially engage in a self administered Marshmallow Test (see Deferred Gratification).

I will further posit that fapping without the aid of porn would be significantly less correlative with loss of drive and assertiveness. The simple act of being able to queue up a practically limitless amount of pornography leads to a mindset of instant gratification. A pattern develops that is simply impossible to replicate in real life, leading to inability to approach.

Obviously all things happen in a gradual manner. One night of pornography and a box of tissues isn't going to turn you into a mild mannered beta. Yet in the long term, via extended conditioning, we eventually begin to migrate to the path of least resistance towards pleasure, and it doesn't take a scientist to explain that being able to type in a url and be rewarded is much less difficult than going out.

I'm 10 days in! My urges to fap have been reduced to only in the morning when I wake up.

I cant quite explain it, but I think I've steadily increased my aggression in my activities and become much more active in school and the gym/athletics. Haven't noticed how im doing with my inner game and with the ladies though, will update if anything changes.

I found that masterbating helps in that you really enjoy the women dancing with you in a different way. Instead of thinking with your penis, you can really sit back and enjoy their wonderful bodies and what an honor it is to be touching her. That's the only difference I've found. No impact on my game.

I think it's too easy to become superstitious with this kind of thinking. If I don't fap I'll be successful. If I wear this clothes they will be more attracted... and so on. It really does not matter.
