Your second to last paragraph really resonates with me, I joined reddit pretty recently and have had numerous comments removed and been banned from subreddits that I didn’t go looking for, but rather had posts that came up in my feed, because people disagreed with what I said. Nothing was hateful or mean-spirited, but didn’t cast women in a perfect, incapable of wrongdoing way. Yet I’ve had some comments that have been harassed and trolled by female profiles that were literally the definition of hate speech that didn’t get the same treatment. It’s extremely disheartening to see that masculinity is also being impartially policed on anonymous internet threads now in addition to in person.

It's pretty blatant that it's something a lot of women do to attack and silence men in arguments, usually because those women have nothing better to respond with, but the craziest part about this kind of attitude is just how hypocritical, sexist and ignorant to female privilege it really is.

For starters, it is virgin shaming. It's something that women attack and judge men for, which is all the more ironic when you consider that most women/feminists are under the impression that it's only men that shame other men for being virgins and will adamantly defend this position whenever women are called out for it. if a man went around calling women whores or lesbians for saying anything that they disagree with, or telling women "this is why men can't take you seriously", with the implication that it's because they are perceived as whores/lesbians despite no evidence on the matter, people would be very quick to point out how wrong that is.

Women who use incel as a slur against men clearly demonstrate a blatant lack of understanding about their own privilege, or the fact that women are inherently valued, pursued and accepted by men, because they are women and that if it wasn't for that reality, they would be incels too. At the very least, no one would be making excuses for their toxic behaviors towards men. It's also very clear that using the term as a derogatory term is inherently gendered, and inherently intended to be derogatory towards the male gender as a whole.

The lack of concrete definition is a feature, not a bug.

Clearly defining words and using them correctly requires logic and reason.
Logic and reason leads to introspection and evaluation of your personal stances.
Introspection and self evaluation of your personal stances might lead the conclusion that you are wrong...and maybe you might not be the amazing wonderful person that is intrinsically owed everything you want.

We can't have that now can we?

It's easier to just use blanket phrases like "incel" and "gives the ick" to devalue and demonize anything or any person you don't like or agree with.

Once someone or something is classified as "bad" then society will just write them off without a second thought.

Social Media made it worse in my opinion. Sorry to say that but every idiot and illiterate is now being exploited for this very reason by those platforms. Sadly it makes both also extreme powerful in matter of social interactions which also means them being able to distort our language and the very fabric of society.

We have maybe like 25% of degenerates powered by the 1% and 0,1% making life for the rest of 75% a shitty experience. (Don't name me on the numbers but that's how i feel about it).

In addition after the internet being broadly available man are are not only competing against 5 dudes in the same school/workplace/club but against every rich 1% and 0,1% on the world.

So its now a loose/loose/loose situation for us. Either you get nothing at all because since the good ones are taken and if you get anything its being trashed by modern feminism. Either way laws fucked us good since getting married and divorced destroys you.

That and other aspects of society shitting on us man all day.

So why bother in the first place? Man are now slowly understanding and are checking out of society. That's making them going ballistic.
