I'm from Latin America, fat (130 kg / ~287 lbs) and short (165 cm / ~5'5"). But I'm really good at dancing, and thanks to the dance scene, I got over my fear of rejection and women. Add to that the fact that I'm super charismatic, and honestly, the last two years have been amazing.

I've been with girls way out of my league, local ones, Europeans, and Americans. I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I’ve messed things up just because I didn’t trust myself enough. Like, I’d think “who would want a fat guy?” (dumb thought, I know).

Last girl I was with was two months ago, an American Jewish girl. Absolute 10/10, big tits, small waist, did ballet and everything. She told me I could visit her anytime if I’m ever in Washington. That really gave me a boost. I started working out and already lost 10 kg (~22 lbs), and I’m planning to drop more, gotta make the most of these wins!

before 22 i was not fat, i had very good success with girls. usually THEY approached me.

between 22-27 i was fat, i had almost zero success

at 27 i lost weight, i got very good success again.

draw your conclusions. i have good game, and girls love me mostly. but when i was fat, i still saw them wanting to be near me, but they couldnt overcome the weight problem. some even told me so.

being fat is way worse than being ugly. this is the same for women too. this is the sad reality. we can of course choose to be delulu about it, but yeah.

I've been funny enough to attract women out of my league since high school back when I had ugly duckling syndrome. (I wasn't fat but I was physically attractive).

Now I've been fat and fit back and forth multiple times and being fat sucks. Being in shape like I am now and being physically attractive is a million times better. I've been there... I understand the mental health and addiction issues that cause weight gain. But for the love of god stop eating and get some exercise.

Being hot hits so different and feels amazing compared to only attracting women for success, confidence, and being funny. It's way more primal and the passive joy of girls checking you out constantly in public is phenomenonal.

Lose the weight. If you get hot enough then you honestly get to have hot girls approach you instead. I've had tons of times where 9s approach me and girls who i chickened out of approaching end up approaching me later.

Plus and most importantly being physically attractive is caused by being healthy. You'll feel more energetic and happier and more fulfilled if you're living up to your full potential.

Pretty successful, 6’ 300. Shaved head, good beard, I do comedy, have a distinct style that works for my body structure, have always been very confident and outgoing.

Use apps, swipe right on all of them and then weed out your yes’s. If your opening dosent work, move to the next one, don’t waste time trying to convince someone. You either peak their interest in two sentences or you don’t.

Cold approach you are trying to bat .400 for numbers/location change/touch barrier but live for .300 or .200. You typically start with batting practice, take your swings on some 5/6’s get your bat speed up and then move up the order. When you’re at a bar, and you’re having fun with 6’s, everyone notices, women get jealous and it makes moving up the order easy.

I don't see/meet a lot of fat guys who are huge studs, but I have met some fat guys, (think US and rural where most people are kinda fat,) that do pick up women.

The women are also usually fat, but that's a matter of preference ultimately.

If there are fat guys pulling, it's in spite of their size and not because of it. You'll need to compensate for the physical unattractiveness somewhere else but if you take two guys who are equally well traveled, well connected, and charismatic, the guy who's more fit will win out.

But being in shape is going to amplify your confidence which is going to lead to better interactions. So, it’s always a good idea to get in shape.

If you are fat, you will be able to 'game' girls who are attracted to fat guys (or aren't put off by them. They are out there, tbh. I know a few fat guys who done pretty good in my social circle)

But if you lost weight and got ripped, the number of girls who would be open to being 'gamed' by you would increase.

I’m 5’11” and maybe 25% body fat, 195 lbs. could definitely lose some weight. Don’t think it’s slowed me down too much but I imagine things could be even easier if I lost the weight. In America it’s a much bigger deal because men are held to a much more feminine beauty standard but I’ve been in Europe where women care a lot less, which is ironic cause they themselves are much skinnier. I can get like local 6-7s quite easily that would be 8-9s in the U.S., tend to date girls 7-9 years younger. I have two buddies who are always clowning on me for my weight and multiple girls have come to my defense on their own accord saying they don’t mind it at all/attacked back saying having a 6 pack as an adult man is cringe/I know how to enjoy life better/etc. not that I really believe them on this but I really do think the whole obsessing about your male figure/gymcelling obsession is missing the forest for the trees. Frame will always be 100x more important than losing 10 lbs. I think it’s sad when a pretty boy rests on his laurels because he can get girls on apps to sleep with him relatively easily and has shit frame as a result, cause from what I’ve seen it leads to the same mistreatment by his woman in the long run. Just my two cents. Being fat is still a massively unacceptable personal failure though.
