So, I haven't done a deep dive on this topic in a long time, partly because it's a controversial observation and also because the last time I wrote in-depth about it someone stole my comment and turned it into a misogynistic rant of their own. But I digress.

Something I've noticed for quite some time is that feminists (not all, but an appallingly large amount) tend to entertain and accept the thought of doing harm/damage to male children in the way that the manosphere just doesn't when it comes to female children.

It's a heavy accusation, so I'll explain what I mean and why I think this happens.

I don't mean that feminists raucously call for the killing of boys or other harmful actions. There are of course extremists who do, but what I find more common is indifference or even a sense of justice when something they do negatively impacts male children, including their own in some cases.

I have seen countless examples of this, far too many to count in fact. But examples would be the policy in Spanish (and I believe at least one Beligian) schools of denying boys recess or refusing to allow them to sit down all day on International Women's Day while allowing the girls to continue as usual.

Or a mother allowing another woman--a stranger no less--to verbally abuse her under-ten-years-old sons during a Woman's March because she wanted to teach them that "women's anger is valid and stepping in would risk raising men who invalidate women's issues".

Or the way the I've seen conversations around the education gap in boys vs girls go; where multiple people have chimed in that they either don't care or think the problem should remain unresolved because of so called past oppression of girls.

Or as someone admitted in one of these threads, he was "Yes, okay with 'punishing' boys. Even if they weren't born back then, they are still part of the group that did those things and bear some responsibility".

I could go on and on, but something I've noticed is that so many responses to these examples were from women and men who felt that they were okay or even laudable actions to take. These people looked at literal children being harmed or at least subject to unfair treatment based on their gender and they found that admirable.

I have visited some truly hateful and angry spaces in the "manosphere" and while a lot of things said there have made me uncomfortable, I have never really seen the level of vitriol and hatred towards children that I've seen in feminist spaces, or at least spaces that claim to align with feminism.

I've seen plenty of unacceptable misogyny; that isn't a denial of that fact. But I have never really seen people laugh or gloat about making the lives of little girls harder out of spite or a desire to advance the interests of men.

Now, perhaps I am wrong and these despicable individuals exist and I have simply never come across them. I'm willing to be proven wrong and change my viewpoint. But as of now, that is my personal experience and this is why I think things are like that.

Feminists can dismiss or even accept/advocate for the suffering of boys for the same reasons an IDF soldier can blow a Palestinian child's head off and feel nothing or worse than nothing. Or why a Hamas fighter can slaughter Israeli civilians and feel justified or even righteous in doing so.

Because one of the foundational aspects of their movement is that men are the oppressor class or " the transgressors" as I call it. It is a central tenet that only changes form but never changes meaning.

And it is human psychology 101 that if you tell Group A that Group B is the root of all their suffering, members of Group A will grow to hate Group B and handwave or even relish harm against even the most innocent of B's members, especially if it advances A's cause.

It is why I firmly believe that anyone who has accepted the male oppressor/female oppressed dynamic as reality is incapable of truly loving any male human. Even if they are their own children.

Anyway this wasn't nearly as put together as I wanted, but I was so appalled by this video that it actually made me address something I resigned myself to never bringing up on Reddit again.

I found the transcript using youtubetotranscript. I don’t recommend watching the whole video mostly because it’s boring and she spends the majority of it saying nothing new or stimulating, it’s just entry-level feminism. It does get pretty weird towards the end though, so if you want to hear what she wants for society I’d start here.

That's out of the way. It's insane how I think she's doing this to do a "switch the genders" thing, but it so comically evil. "women were men's property when they got married, so let's mandate a DV draft, mandatory vasectomies, eliminate men's autonomy in every single way and violate their bodies."

Some specific comments:

Her entire argument is based on shit from before she was born, by decades.

WHY do feminists think vasectomies are temporary contraception? There is ZERO evidence that reversals are safe enough to treat vasectomies as temporary. This is made all the more ridiculous when tubal ligation is basically the exact same process with the exact same outcomes for reversal. Yet there has NEVER been forced tubal ligations to all women. There have been hysterectomies of specific "undesireable" women (usually disabled) from eugenics based thinking, yes, but that hasn't been relevant for a century. But mandatory sterilization of the entire population, conditional on another persons acceptance, is so insanely abusive. I've never heard a misogynist suggest anything close to that for women.

"Law makers in Washington never take rights away from men or make men responsible for what they have done, because they know they would lose votes, so they make women responsible for the acts of men and men love that." Women are the largest singular voting bloc. Law makers do take right's away from men. The difference is that society is use to men being screwed over, yet blamed.

It's not as obvious (they aren't calling others "vanguards" and other things), but the heavy immersion without depth, the illusion of criticality, limiting outside scrutiny, jargon, and self-serving morality all fit the bill.

When I listen to proposals like this, I actually think it is almost good if extreme feminists keep spouting this kind of nonsense... Because at this point, even guys who are not really (or not at all ) into MRAs (any flavor of it) or who do not question the true nature of modern feminism are going to start freaking out and getting angry.
