I went in aiming for an equal split or even a split that was equitable such that we can both walk away with enough to restart our lives.

She wants 102% of all assets.

I'm at a loss for words. How could an adult even write such a thing seeing how unfair that is.

How greedy can somebody be.

I feel so ashamed of myself for having gotten involved with this type of person.

What bothered me the most was that it all makes sense now given she did her damned best to keep our kids from me, I spent tens of thousands fighting just to spend time with them and all the while she was running a very precise calculator suggesting that I did not exercise my parenting time and that she is owed back child support. (Granted she tried to request it but the judge denied it) and wants to use it in the split of assets to get more.

What's just as disheartening to me is that there is probably a judge somewhere out there who would think that a 102/-2% split is equitable and fair.

Why not take your half and leave?
