In the posts you linked, the relationship was destabilized because the husband stopped being a Mormon after 41 years of life. Telling your spouse you are leaving your shared religion / value system is a huge deal, especially culty ones like LDS. It’s a complete family destabilization.

What does that have to do with dreading? Successful dreading is not supposed to destabilize anyway.

Even if it works, it doesn't really; It's simulating a betrayal of trust so you can end up in a relationship with no trust. How long can you maintain that front anyway? This is the person you're presumably trying to spend your life with. If you need to employ 'dread' to maintain their interest then that relationship has zero value.

It really comes down to you and your partner’s boundaries and values. A lot of people would see intentional dreading as completely out of bounds, and that could easily end a relationship. If the partner doing the dreading is okay with that, then do they even value their spouse?

I also don’t think it’s an effective way to spark genuine desire. Sure, your partner might get anxious and start having more sex in an effort to keep you from leaving, but is that really attraction? A lot of people actually lose sexual desire when they’re stressed or anxious.

If stable relationships are boring and you lose attraction to a stable person that says more about you than anything else. Dread makes me want to leave instantly. This whole thing reads incredibly terrible to me, its like saying oh i kidnapped someone and now they are submissive to me and does whatever i want its a working system! Is it? How long will this work for?

If you are okay with manipulating those closest to you to their detriment for your own gain, you need to at least recognize that what you are doing is selfish and not some great new way to live life.

I think red pillers read too much into certain scenarios and mistake short term hormonal fluctuations for behaviors that actually cause attraction. There’s a difference.

If my long term partner is in a rut, sitting on the couch like a slob, then getting her into the shower and taking her out to exercise with me will probably get her to want to have sex with me more. That’s a hormonal shift that increased her libido.

With respect to dread, I suppose a bit of turbulence could get people to feel something. A shock to the daily routine that gets a stable person to receive the dopamine boost from reassessing their priorities could give a libido boost.

Still, you need to understand what core attraction mechanics actually are. If you don’t think a certain behavior will get strangers to sleep with you off Tinder more, then it’s probably not an attractive behavior. You have to have a control group as a reference. Mentioning you recently changed your religion probably wouldn’t affect whether a stranger actually wants to sleep with you.

Tl;dr I don’t think dread or instability would get strangers to sleep with me easier, so I doubt people are “actually attracted” to it
