An average DNA test costs around $200, and in order to be admissible in court, costs roughly double (or even higher). This charade will cost at least $100,000. It would be less invasive and more time-efficient to just pay that out in damages to the girl and her family.

This has become more of a general problem not only focused on men over here in Germany.

The police also did this in a very huge amount to find mothers of abandoned babies which died.

Fact is that these tests are not mandatory but this is communicated in another way by the police.

Europe is slowly turned into a police state where everything technologically possible is legal to be used to identify and find the offender while disregarding the rights of the innocent.

This fits into todays view, that the rights of the many are of lesser value than the rights of the few.

So she was raped in a school bathroom, that to be honest could have been anyone, it is not hard for someone to walk into a high school. However they don't take this into account and proceed to violate the rights of every single male in the school, with total disregard for if the individual could have possible done it.

They're testing 14 year olds and the staff, someone of which I assume are fairly old, it is drastic and "logical" but it is the principle. They're reasoning would support mass surveillance and tracking, because hey if you aint got nothing to hide...
