Do you view the workplace as a place to find dates?

If not, why not?

If someone is interested in you and you don't date colleagues, how do you break it to them if they are forward and how did they take it?

I mainly ask because I have (not at current place of work) had work colleagues interested in me before. Now when I was younger I wouldn't of minded so much as I wasn't so fussed career wise. But now, I just would not do it, for several reasons:

A) Dont shit where you work, if a relationship/hookup goes wrong, hard feelings may affect the work place and management get involved.

B) There are 3.5 billion women out there, what makes a woman at work so special?

C) Work-life balance. There will be none, there is a higher possibility of the topic of work coming up outside work. Life will seem to revolve around work more. Fuck that.

D) Possible resentment from either person in relationship due to promotions. What if your both in the same team and want the same promotion, does one of you just have to stop?

But anyway to me and some other people I know. This is prettyu obvious and logical to us. But we have all experienced where the other person thinks that they can out logic us, or that we will give into our "feelz". Im not saying I haven't had mutual feelings with someone at work, but its still the work place, so regardless of how I felt, its still a no.
