Title says it all.

Racists want to be able to talk openly about how terrible minorities are and use the n-word whenever they feel like it without being publicly shamed for it.

Sexists want to be able to openly discuss the many failings of feeeeeemales without being shamed. Also would like to openly discuss the superiority of men without getting push back.

Basically, the anti-PC forces want to be able to be racist and sexist without being labeled as racists and sexists.

Discuss.

EDIT: There have been some very good posts put up from people who are arguing for a "marketplace of free ideas" and mentioning that anything anti-PC simply gets shouted down. Rather than responding to everyone individually, I thought it would make more sense to address it here in the OP.

It breaks down like this; not all ideas are created equal. Racist and sexist people are inherently biased when they create their "arguments", "research", and "statistics". They are not objective and are not looking to debate in good faith.

Look, if someone comes to me with an argument, I listen, and if soon it becomes clear that person is holding that position because they don't like a particular race... what else do we have to talk about? The legitimacy of their point(s) is compromised by that fact and their feelings on the subject are leading the charge, not their logic or desire to test out theory in the "marketplace of ideas".

Tl;dr - Racism and sexism are feelings and create a bias and serious loss of objectivity and credibility in the people who harbor these feelings. Their "arguments" are more confirmation bias than legitimate research, as well as demonstrating a closed mind on the subject of race or sex relations. This is why racist and sexist theories are dismissed out of hand by the Left; they are not objective theories, they are arguments crafted around feelings.
