Yeah. It’s the same with all the reasoning - page up and page down - for why not to marry ex-sluts or high N-girls. You don’t need any fancy statistics or pseudo evolutionary nonsense for saying no. Just say no. If you want more, you can say: “Sluts are not attractive to me.” End of story.

The answer to your question is that rational people provide reasoning for their decisions. "I don't wanna" is not an argument that a rational person would consider. If I'm having a discussion in good faith I assume the other people in the discussion are rational. If I want to add something useful to the discussion, "I don't wanna" won't cut it.

The reason why we recommend that people steer clear from single mothers, is because they are desperate to attract a mate and will grab almost anyone that meets the barest minimum standards she has set. Unfortunately this usually ends up badly because ultimately the guy is unlikely to cause tingles.

Yes it is a generalization, and I am sure there are some single mothers who keeps high standards and eventually ends up happy. Unfortunately that is not the case most of the time.

I work for a family member right now and yesterday I asked for my check from last week. He asked me why I need it, I told him I have bills to pay. He then asked me why I had to give him a reason and couldn't just say "Because it's my fucking money". The bill argument doesn't obligate him to give me my money, it's the fact that it's my money that does. Same goes for your scenario: we can discriminate in romance because it is our right to date who we please. All of the other reasons are irrelevant.

Broken premise. The discussion is between men, nobody is "negotiating" with single mums. And the discussion is necessary when half the internet is full of puff pieces about how awesome single mums are.

TRP is (at least partially, sometimes I don't know anymore) a sub for sexual strategy. Assuming TRP advice is helping a person get laid, they will have plenty of single mother options. Single mothers are often low hanging fruit. The foundation of all the anti single mom shit(same with sluts) is that they are fine for plating but likely bad to date or marry for x/y/z. If every TRP article was, in essence, 'because I don't fucking want 2 m8' TRP wouldn't be an an advice/lifestyle sub.

Yeah, I wish they would use this more. All they have to do is say single mothers or sluts or whatever trait they don't like is disgusting. End of story. BPers generally have the opposite view of normal people when it comes to disgust though so this might confuse them for a bit. They tend to find normal things disgusting, and normally disgusting things to be appealing.

I think you're right that TRP should just save us all a lot of time and effort and tell others "because I don't fucking want to".

However, if men are sharing information with each other, as a sort of mentorship or guidance program, then those statements on impulse control, low IQ etc. might have some value as a learning tool.

But yeah, I grok what you're saying.

Dated single moms in the past.. Not only are most single moms horrible horrible mother's, but putting up with kids you have no legal right over is an inconvenience at best..

I don't want to, and I exercise my right to make fun of them and warn other men..

Not to mention eventually have to deal with the horrible generation of brats and criminals that were raised by single moms even if I don't date them

I think there needs to be a wealth of reasoning because it helps to override the feminine imperative and the whole "if she's the right one for you, having a kid shouldn't matter." Women don't exactly want to be considered less datable because of their "little pride and joy." It's even worse for them to think that now that they have a child, they are required to be more stringent with the type of men they want around their kids. They have to raise their standards but their RMV has effectively dropped.

Generally speaking "because I don't want to" should be good enough, but some people want a [painful] explanation.

I think it's less to do with single mothers than it is with the absolutely, horribly, disastrously broken family law system in the US. And because single mothers are the usual beneficiaries of this system (though not always; the system reserves the right to facefuck anyone it pleases), they end up being the target of the frustration with that system.

aversion to single mothers, claiming they are emotionally damaged, have low impulse control, low IQ, poor genetic quality and they pull a load of bogus stats out of their ass to justify this.

Single mothers don't have low impulse control, not even low IQ (can someone bring me scientific evidence regarding such a piece of bullshit?) or let alone poor genetic quality.

Sometimes a woman is just a single mother because of a series of incidents. One of them can even be ignorance regarding contraceptive methods.

But the thing is - SOME single mothers - not ALL of them - have a past of many toxic and dysfunctional relationships. If you look at their previous men, you'll see many of them were terrible partners, terrible fathers and sometimes even criminals - the scum of society. Yet some of them decide to repeatedly date this kind of men. I am not saying these women are scum too, but yes, there must be something psychologically wrong with them, because no 100% sane would accept being the girlfriend of a criminal or dishonest man over and over again. When it becomes a pattern in a woman's life, it's a sign she has very low self esteem, suffers from co-dependency and has no self respect, and YES, there are psychological studies that prove that.
