1. Think about what you truly want in life and work to achieve it. No matter what TRP says , I know there are some men who have different goals in life than being a part of the "cock carousel". Do you want to focus on your career? Do you want to develop your intellect? Do you want to find a long term relationship? Whatever it is that you want , work to improve yourself and achieve it. Determination and decisiveness are keys (not to mention that a lot of women find those traits attractive)

2)When it comes to women, not matter what you've been told , most of them want kind man and a gentleman . This doesn't mean being a doormat or putting her on a pedestal or anything like that . Be kind and true to your values, be compassionate, just not a doormat or submissive, there's a difference. TRP tells you to treat women like crap, society tells you to treat them like princesses , I say neither is good for your relationships.

3)If you want to be a leader, then lead. Be a true, honest leader that inspires people, not a bossy and domineering jerk. TRP tells you to be manipulative and play dread games, I say that just sounds childish and according to my observations most women don't want a controlling , childish partner and will rebel after a while.

4)Forget about the alpha/beta/omega/sigma/super duper alpha/alpha +/alpha++ etc. males , TRP/BP and other silly labels like that. We're not a pack of wolves and there are no "alpha males" or at least the term alpha is highly subjective in today's society.

  1. When you're in a relationship it's better if you not let yourself go and stop trying to impress your partner. Try to keep things interesting and of course also focus on whatever other personal goals you have (career etc.). It is also important that your partner tries to make things work as well, it is not your responsibility to do all the work .

6)If you don't want a committed relationship and just want to have casual sex with multiple women then try to be physically attractive,charming ,confident and social (finding a good circle of friends will help you get laid) and always wear a condom. Don't try "negging" and other manipulative stuff like that unless you're a jerk.
