Yes how is this a question? There are definitely men who can and do sport baldness to their benefit and are very attractive. But overall no it’s not an attractive trait. Of course it’s a disadvantage generally speaking

It's never been a problem for me but the weird complexes that men get about losing their hair is a huge turn-off. Balding is whatever. Being neurotic about it is uncomfortable to everyone around you.

It depends on the guy and how he looks otherwise. For example if he has always had a buzz cut anyway, I probably wouldn't notice or care about balding anyway. Some guys can just carry that look better than others.

It only works if the guy is super masculine; being bald removes any opportunity for pretty boy looks. Prince William does not pull it off.

I’m balding (crown) and no fucking way I’ll shave my mishapen head. I will hold on for dear life.

It hasn’t seemed to hurt me though as I’ve had more sex with hotter girls with a bald spot than I ever did before with beautiful hair.

I am older though, so maybe it’s not as much or an anomaly for me.

The guy still has basically the same young face as when he was a hottie but that only makes lack of hair look that much worse.

Bald with baby face is basically impossible to make work.

Bald with rugged face can work

John Malkovich and Corey Stoll both manage to pull it off well, just to name a few attractive balding celebrities. Balding isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker if you maintain confidence.

Unfortunately it is inherently unattractive. It isn't the be-all and end-all but it is a factor. Men should make an effort to hide it by choosing a different hairstyle, buzzcutting or rocking a bald look with a beard perhaps. If they don't take care of obvious balding in that way, or try futily to regrow hair with fake products it is a turn-off.

Fyi, my friend's boyfriend started noticeably balding at 16 and she left him for major personality defects and not his looks. Also, some 30% of women deal with some sort of noticeable balding (not saying it's as bad as men).

It all depends on the guy. I’ve met extremely attractive bald men and I’ve met really unattractive bald men. Men who start balding and just shave their head and project confidence are usually pretty attractive but men who hold onto their 5 wisps of hair left for dear life is not attractive at all imo

Yes. But This is one area I admit to being an outlier. I love bald men. Always have. Mr Blu has been bald since 34. But you have to know how to do it right. Take it all the way down and keep it tight. Don’t let the sides keep growing walking around looking like bozo the clown. add some facial hair for a nice effect.

It’s unattractive to me (F26). Mild thinning or a receding hairline isn’t a big deal, but actually being bald is a huge turn off. Shaved heads are also a turn off for me.

Yes. Balding or baldness completely negates any precious attraction I felt, it can take a guy from a 10 to a 0 in my book. It’s like if a guy shrunk or developed a high pitch voice or lost his chin. I need a guy with long, thick hair. I’m currently dating a guy who has hair almost as long as mine lol if my future husband ever starts losing his hair I’d die.

For me, anything but chest length hair is a turnoff; if it's short it really doesn't matter to me whether it shows alopecia or not.

Luckily though, wigs exist; I don't care one bit whether it's fake or not.

Depends on the guy. What's his face, who played Lex Luthor on Smallville, pulled it off very well. For me it's mostly a confidence thing. If you don't care that you're bald, I don't care that you're bald. But no comb over, please.

I am a 29 year old white male. I started thinning pretty bad around 22 years old and at that age shaved it off and have had a smooth shaved head since then. I let a little scruff grow on my face but no full beard as I don’t care for them. I have a girlfriend a few years younger than I and we have been together around 5 years and she doesn’t care at all about my baldness. I conveyed confidence starting on day 1, luckily I have a nice shaped head, 6ft with moderate/muscular build.
What I have noticed is that I get a lot more attention from older women, 35 and up than I get from girls my age or younger. I have dated many girls back in my hair days but only 2 since becoming bald, one I’m still with as mentioned before.
I have no doubts that younger girls as a majority just don’t care for bald guys. I feel as older women are a lot more accepting of this particular feature but I feel like they’re more accepting of a lot of things as they get older.
I wouldn’t grow it back if I could, I enjoy being bald now. If it has hindered me sexually so be it. I have tried to be as stoic as possible about it.
