It's not actual equality because it's just pretending that we're biologically same as men and suffer the same (lack of) consequences, which is absolutely not true. We're double agents fulfilling both male and female societal norms, while men serve no one but themselves. It's playing such a losing game, and for what? True equality can begin with recognizing that we're not males and get nothing for catering to male utopia. Being casually objectified, dehumanized and threatened, seen as a collection of separate body parts and not a conscious, interesting and competent person, getting pregnant by shitty or absent parent, becoming a sole caretaker, your sexual past ruining your future, getting abused or being cheated on and then being pressured to stay, frequent domestic and sexual violence, being chased by strange men with sexual intent since diapers, getting your looks picked on no matter what, as you can't appeal to EVERYONE'S taste and yet are expected to, your minor or very young peers being ruthlessly sexualized and forced into sex slavery, being blamed for every world's problem etc. Are just few issues that men deal with 99% less frequently than women do. Pretending these differences don't exist is just stupid.
