Being Alpha is NOT only for dating. Being Alpha is a lifestyle. Being Alpha is an investment. The best investment you could ever invest in is yourself. If you invest in yourself the right way you will see substantial profits. The investments I'm gonna give is what I think that people need to take seriously and is what I think.

  1. The best investment is a gym membership. You've seen studies, you've seen the people that go to the gym. Science has backed it up and the best feeling is seeing your body transform into a work of art. The gym reduces stress, increases confidence like a motherfcker. Small advice for gym newbies: NEVER feel intimidated, that's beta as fck.

  2. Invest in your teeth. This sounds kinda out of the ordinary, but your smile is your biggest asset. The first thing people see when they meet you is your smile. Ya I know braces aren't cheap, get a second job if you have to. The results will be phenomenal. Take care of your teeth and they will take care of you.

  3. Invest in good quality foods. Don't be cheap on foods. What you put into your body is serious. Give yourself good fuel and keep your body running smooth.

  4. Invest in a good shaver. Keep yourself clean. Groom yourself. Put lotion on everyday. Women love seeing a man that keeps himself clean. Wear clothes that fit and make you look good.

  5. Invest in a good vacuum. Keep your living space clean. It's doesn't matter if you live in the backwoods of bumblefuck, Alabama; always have a well organized and kept up living space.

  6. Invest in a library card. Every book gives you new ideas and different perspectives on things. A library card is free. Every word you read is an asset that will better you.

  7. Invest in a skill. It doesn't matter if it's something manly like fixing cars or something not so manly like basket weaving. If that skill that benefits you, you're being Alpha.

  8. Invest in your manners. Have good manners to your friends, your mentors, and your colleagues, etc. Show respect even if they don't. Know when to say no and know when someone is a toxic asset I.e an asshole.

These are things that will better you. Feel free to call me out or add on to the list.
