No, hitting anyone isn't okay, whether they're your children, friends, spouses or strangers, with an exception for self-defense. Also hitting kids isn't effective and there are lots of studies showing that it leads to all kinds of negative effects. I'm not sure why it would work on women. Physical abuse generally brings only harm.

Also women shouldn't submit to their spouses if they don't want to. We're all free people and being married doesn't mean that you have some kind of power over your spouse. That's all.

Hitting another person is not ok. Men hitting women are cowards to say the least. If anything we need to teach women to fight back and leave assholes that hit them.

Women are not children; that is why they're called women. Refering to all women as children is insulting. Men who cannot feel good about themselves without hitting are behaving very child like though.

No, we do not need to normalize domestic violence again, JFC.

Domestic violence was normal around in a time where women were seen as nothing more than children and servants for their men to take care of. They were not seen as being intelligent enough to vote, divorce, or even work outside the home. The man took care of everything including the woman and especially financially.

That is not today's standards. The truth is that most men cannot provide for a family, let alone a woman, so they are not the "man" of the house. I don't think advocating for domestic violence is going to help. If anything, you're going to convince more women to stay away from men.

Men do not need to be violent or even raise their voice to get their point across. You can see it in their actions, emotions, and words.

If any man is joking or indicating about any sort of abuse, I GTFO.

Not only is it a disgusting thing to do to your romantic partner (using one's greater strength to tyrannize over those weaker than you is an unbecoming, ugly use of strength), it's going to traumatize your kids, who will find you assaulting their mother to be quite upsetting, to say the least (assuming you aren't hitting them as well).

I agree with only a few things he says. This isn’t one of them, but I’m not really too surprised he has this view. If you feel like you have to get physical with anyone in order to, “set the tone” of the relationship. Then leave. This is low IQ advice.

No and he’s full of it. This is the same man that claimed domestic violence didn’t exist in the black community, yet now he’s promoting it. He just says whatever will get him views from bl*ckcels. I can’t speak on other communities, but for the demographic of men he caters to most there’s a very valid reason the women aren’t submitting.

It's clear from his dialogue that this scenario only occurs when it's consented to by both people. The dead giveaway is using a safe word and when he says that the women voulnteers for it. That happens in dom/sub, DDLG type of relationships, which I believe he engages in. The "domestic discipline" is used as a corrective measure, and not meant to be abusive in these type of relationships.

He's not an idiot. He knows that any type of real domestic violence will land you in jail.

I’m all for it. Some people are just thick headed and need to have sense knocked into them before they learn how to act right.
