10 years is a long time but you are still young and have plenty of life ahead of you. Just remember, at some point she's going to want to come back. her situation is incredibly sketchy and she'll realize it. Congratulations for standing up for your self and sense of self worth. You are indeed very fortunate not to have children. A shot term marriage, so no alimony, Yea, another plus.

Make sure that you know your rights. Secure your money, valuables, legal papers, etc. Move out of move her out and change the door locks. Collect all evidence of her cheating, it may come in handy

Have her served in a public place, do not be nice about it at all. Just a fun surprise. Why not have someone film the serving to see the expression on her face.

Make sure his wife knows all the naughty details. He may want to reconcile after he realizes how much he will be paying in child and spousal support. He may not be so appealing once he looses a good portion of his pay check each month to his ex and kids. He will be writing checks for many years to come. So much for romance.
