So my wife without my consent went through my iPad and obtained text messages off a third party app. She then shared these messages with my employer and got me fired. Currently getting separated but we're married at the time of the incident. I understand i have zero recourse to get my job back. Here's my questions concerns, lawyer appointment in 2 weeks so wanted some general consensus before hand. Only together 3.5 years no kids

  1. Have her on security cameras admitting when asked that she went through my iPad to obtain them. She was aware the cameras existed but i was not present and she was on the phone with someone else. But again was aware they existed and have another recording her admitting she's aware of the cameras.

  2. She shared these messages with my boss not ones involving the employee someone totally different with them without my consent with the intent to get me fired will obtain these texts ideally through my wireless carrier. ( the ones with my employee were not me l 100% believe she was the one texting said employee but was unable to gather enough proof to keep my job being a third party app, she had my login credentials use the same for everything) however they used those texts to compare and said it sounds like me and let me go.

  3. Are these texts admissible during the Divor hearing i didn't sleep with said woman but we did stay in a hotel together and one of the texts stated" we actually need to sleep tonight" but we just stayed up talking and playing video games met her twice on a work trip no money spent on her company paid hotel)

  4. I have my wife on camera admitting to stepping out with someone else as well but no mention of infidelity based off NC law

  5. Would this illegally obtained texts potentially help me with the getting a better deal in my favor meaning able to use it as leverage or is it not worth the fight

  6. Lastly if i wanted to what's the chances i could have her charged with a felon case since it is based off nc surveillance act. If i did she would in turn lose her iob but doubt first time trouble she gets a felony lol
