Story time! My college bf was crap and I didn't realize how bad the sex was, except that it wasn't good. Of course I thought it was my fault.

While we're at the store I see a silicone lubricant and had been wanting to try it to see if it made sex better. Asked if to split it and he told me "no, that was my thing."

Yes I ashamed to admit now that I bought it. Live and learn!

Edit: On the flip side, the ex I just left bought a crap ton of cleaning supplies in bulk and when we moved out admitted to not using them. Pretty sure he thought if he did the hard work of supplying, that I could just swish things around now and then. When I cleaned shit I just did it. When he cleaned the microwave he asked me to keep it clean lol. I wasn't the one leaving spills to congeal.

Yes!!! This was me- the homeowner before marriage. He moved in with me and I just continued cleaning my own house the way it was before he moved in. But he claimed since he picked up after himself, there was nothing else he needed to do.

Ahahahahahaaaaa! This made me laugh so much. How pathetic. It's beyond ridiculous at this point. Thinking about the post about the man who told his pregnant partner that all pregnancy expenses are hers to cover... even though it was his child she was pregnant with. Since joining FDS 2 months ago, I've been shaking my head at all these sorts of posts that I'm getting quite a muscular neck now😂

It is my reality. I pay for groceries and furniture because IM the one who cooks and IM the one who cares about making the house more nice and practical. He has a job, I don't, I struggle with welfare and selling my belongings to make money. Fucking sucks. If I don't cook, he sees me as less valuable and lazy if he has to order food. Not cooking is literally not an option for me. I have servere mental health problems that I hide from him (he already knows but doesn't want a mentally ill partner so I have to pretend to be sane and happy 24/7) and most of the time I really don't want to cook. But I have to to keep him in my life. Why do I want to keep him in my life? Because when he's good, he's extremely good. I feel like I earned his affection, my hard work deserves it, because he doesn't show it to anyone, only me when my actions have been consistent. Yep. Fuck me.
