Yesterday I went to the mall to do some holiday shopping. I was at a store trying to find some trendy clothes for my 16 year old nephew and I found a really cool looking graphic tee that I wasn't sure if my nephew would like. There was a man a few feet away looking at clothing too, so I decided to ask him "Excuse me sir, do you think a 16 year old boy would like this shirt?". He said "Yes, I have teenage cousins who wear shirts like that". I responded "Thanks, I think I'll buy it". I started walking away. As I was walking away, he asked me "is that for your son?". And I responded "No, it's for my nephew. My sons are all grown up." And then he asked "Oh really? Are you married?". I said "Widowed". He said "but are you seeing anyone?". I said "no". Then he asked me if he could buy me a coffee. I said yes. I ended up leaving behind the things I wanted to buy behind, and he did too. We walked out of the store together and went to the coffee stand nearby to get some coffee. We sat down at a table and talked for over an hour before I had to leave. We exchanged numbers and will be seeing each other again tomorrow evening. I wouldn't normally stop what I'm doing to talk to a guy and take him up on his offer, but he was just too cute to pass up. He's 32, tall, handsome, well put together, and has a great vibe. I'm not interested in dating someone that young long term, but I'm very open to having fun. I've never had casual sex before. Tomorrow may be my first time at age 51. Wish me luck.
