Everyone here has already thrown in their 2 cents on your specific situation so I'd just like to put in a couple more about dating apps in general:

I met my ex on tinder but I would like to heavily caveat this by saying that men on dating apps by and large do not view the women they meet on them as serious romantic partners most of the time. You have to vet hard if you want to use these platforms for dating. These men are strangers who routinely lie about their intentions. If you are looking for men your age then I'd go so far as to say some of them will lie about their body count because they seriously think it makes them looks like studs.

I knew my ex wasn't a sleaze because there was no talk about sex until I personally initiated it. Just don't talk about sex with them, period. The LVM will weed themselves out. You will end up unmatching a lot of dudes as a result but if you truly want to meet anyone worthwhile on these apps then be prepared to a). sift through a lot of trash and b). not meet anyone.

I don't know what country you're in (where I am we are pretty much back to normal) but we are globally still in a pandemic so I would advise sitting it out until things go "back to normal" and then meeting men organically through your friends.

I think being 20 with 63 partners is concerning because he probably started having sex around 15/16, so it’s a lot per year.

You're on the right track. I'd just recommend you read the handbook and hang out on this sub more, really internalizing it, before you date.

Never tell guys you're a virgin, immediately stop talking to any guy who gets sexual right away or early at all, don't sleep with any guy before commitment (which should happen at 2 or 3 months or so), and even then wait (like don't sleep w/ him the day after he asks you to be his bf). Tbh I'd recommend waiting until engagement or even marriage (if that's your goal)

Be careful also of guys who are very willing to wait for you - they could be LVM who are incredibly desperate and lonely for a gf. If it's the latter, you'll know quickly - my ex love bombed me, told me he'd gone on a million dates that year trying to find a gf, and reached a point where he was swiping right in everyone. I was a supreme pickme in that I was so lonely I didn't leave immediately, despite the fact that my ex was the factory where they make the red flags.

Also be careful of guys who aren't clearly low value, but just aren't doing it 100% for you. We talk a lot on FDS about CLEAR LVM/NVM, but not these subtle half LVM. They don't have very obvious red flags, but maybe you don't feel that into them but you can't pinpoint why, or they are low effort in some hard to see ways.
