I wonder why 'kinks' always seem to be based on devaluing women.. idk about you but I have literally never seen a female owned sub about calling men 'it'. Why is this stuff untouchable in 'kink'? On a serious note: if a man gets off in misogyny behavior he's a misogynist and can't hide behind the excuse of being sexual kink. If a man has racist kinks he's a racist. And if a man has rape kinks then he's a rapist. If he gets off on abusing women he's an abuser, it doesn't matter that it's just in the bedroom (it almost never is just in the bedroom though). Let's call it what it is. The kink community is just a way for men abusing women and taking advantage of traumatized women or low self esteem women without legal consequences or being shamed.

Sex doesn’t exist in a vacuum and I will ALWAYS shame people who want to hurt and abuse others. If you need to abuse and objectify others or see disturbing imagery in order get off then that’s a YOU problem, something is obviously not right there in that old nogging of yours. This is not something for me and all other women to accept.

Editing just to add: just because someone likes something doesn’t make it okay. We always should question our preferences, it’s part of growth. I really hope the women who post photos and videos of themselves being violated on that sub will one day find the resources and help that they need and really ask themselves why they feel the need to degrade themselves like this and seek male validation from actual pervs. It doesn’t matter that it’s consensual, legal doesn’t equal moral or right. I don’t get why people can’t grasp that these kinks don’t come from nowhere. If a guy gets off on degrading women as objects he obviously thinks that women are objects outside of sex as well. Just like someone who’s racist and gets off on making POC their slaves and calling them slurs would be racist in real life as well. It doesn’t just come from nowhere.

I think women are in denial because they don’t want to accept that there are so many men who get off on degrading women and they don’t want to think that they’re all sexist and hate women. It’s too much for them, which when I found that out it had a very bad mental effect on me as well but I’d rather know the truth than excuse these pieces of shits and say that it’s okay to degrade and objectify women.

This reminds me of the phrase "sex work is work." Pull out that phrase and suddenly any discussion about how sex work is exploitative is now an attack on sex workers. It's a derailing tactic.
