Being a "hoe" is not worth it. I tried hoeing around in my younger years and tried it virtually (no nudes just dirty talk) last year on my first ever time on OLD and boy it is NOT FUN. I want to discourage anyone who's ever thinking of sleeping around with men. It doesn't work the way movies make it seem. Every single guy i told that i only wanted casual sex pestered me every second, got pissed when i didnt want to see him in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC and insulted me when i refused to send nudes. Its not what its cut out to be just work on yourselves. 💅 my block list which was typically reserved for actual enemies (none) is now loaded.

I just realized that I spent all of my teen years and half of my early twenties chasing men and validation instead of discovering myself and building my future. Was it worth it? No. Every single one of those men were unavailable at best and abusive at worst and none of them are on my life right now. Not worth it at all. If I had spent all the energy I spent on men on myself and in building good friendships with other women, I’ll be in a completely different place right now. I’m glad I saw the light. This just dawned on me after more than a year lurking this sub, deprogramming conditioning takes time. I’m glad I didn’t left when I felt called out by the pickme posts.

Being a hoe ruined my self esteem, put me in dangerous situations, gave me bad expectations to the point being spat on and degraded was normal, and was a result of being raped and emotionally destroyed by men.
