So I was helping my friend earlier with her resume and noted her first/middle name combination was odd, it was a nice name but didn't really flow off the tongue and seemed like an odd combination. I won't use her real name or anything close to it, but let's say it was Alex Ashley. She told me the story behind it. Her dad had a threesome long before he met her mother, the two girls names were Alex and Ashley. Her mom doesn't know the real reason behind her name to this day. I just looked at her like, wtf?? And she was like yeah. It's gross, but it's my name so whatever. And it reminded me in the past of a story I heard where a father lost his virginity to his high school teacher, and over a decade later, named his future kid after her (also unbeknownst to mom). Is this common?? It's absolutely disgusting. Why the fuck are men so psycho?? I'd never name my CHILD after a past sexual experience I had. The thought of that disgusts me. 😖
