How does feminism help men?

First of all, feminists stance on whether feminism can help men changes all the time. Sometimes it's "you should be a feminist, feminists care about men!" And then it's "well actually feminism is about women, we shouldn't have to do anything for men but you should still be a feminist". I think it's true that feminism is just for women, and it doesn't have to be for men but they need to stop acting like they care about men when they don't.

Why on earth would any self respecting man choose to associate himself with hypocritical feminists. They say men don't need to be masculine but then use small dick energy and being a virgin as an insult which all imply a lack of masculinity. Or they will use the term "real men" to describe the men they don't hate. Feminism say they care about men but all they do for men is just "trickle down equality". They say "if you help us destroy the patriarchy then your problems will be gone" or if you do stuff for women it will eventually lead to more stuff for men. They don't acknowledge the inequality towards men, they deny that certain male problems such as the empathy gap or violence against men exist. And when they do acknowledge a problem for men, it's always mens fault. When they talk about men being lonely they say it's because theyre not Kind or arent emotionally intelligent and it's a problem for men to sort out because they're just not good enough for women. But bad, mentally unstable women can easily get into relationships. They refuse to acknowledge a deeper problem and they don't acknowledge that you can be a good man and still be lonely for whatever reason. They don't have empathy for lonely men.

They deny systemic problems against men and when something bad happens to a group of people with the majority of the victims being male, they'll highlight the women over the men such as what's happening in Iran.

They think the problem with TERFs is that they're misogynistic and they completely ignore that all of their transphobia is rooted in misandry. TERFs are just feminists who's hatred isn't for men, but for anyone assigned male at birth. They both have the same kind of rhetoric but one is for AMABs and one is for men. And even then, a lot of "good" feminists are still transphobic even when they claim not to be.

I'm tired of their hypocrisy and people acting like feminism is good for men.

I'm annoyed that people see it as you're either you're a feminist or your an "alpha male Andrew Tate fanboy" . I think both of those groups are misandrist.
