I have found it very common in feminists to use a dismissive tone and define words in a way that makes it impossible for a woman to be an oppressor and a man oppressed under any circumstances.

We are not playing oppression olympics here. That's dumb behavior. However it is important to understand what's been going on.

They often say or otherwise imply or make it implicit that men cannot

  1. Misandry is not real
  2. Men talking about their issues is "whining"
  3. You cannot be "insensitive" to a man
  4. Sexism against men doesn't exist

And many more.

Women's activists in India have been opposing a gender neutral rape law for years. According to it, no man can ever be a victim of rape or sexual assault under any circumstances, and no woman can be held guilty of rape or sexual assault under any circumstances.

An activist called Flavia Agnes has opposed making the rape laws gender neutral and women's groups along with her have also opposed it when they made child rape laws gender neutral for male children
