So I found this article quite interesting. Its written from womanese lens and blame men for problems faced by women and how the solution is for women to date older men.

From RP lens things start to get more clearer. Feminism has created a world where women are independent of men. So women are free to delay marriage as long as possible or divorce their husbands at any age.

Same is true for men, they can delay marriage or leave their wife at any age. Now that both are in open dating market, its natural that they will go for the highest value partner they can get. Since younger women are more valuable than older women, men will go for younger women.

Now question is will the younger women go for older men? Well they have to make that decision for themselves based on what exactly is important for them. But some younger women will choose older men just because its more beneficial to them.

So age gap relationships are just reflection of two people with comparable value getting together. Its unlikely that a 20 something woman will marry a 40yo burger flipper.

So the question remains, what value does a 40 something woman can provide for 40 something man that a 30 something woman cant provide?

Now the same question can be asked as to what exact value does a 40 something man can provide for a 30 something woman that a 30 something man cant provide?
