People say that PUA's are exploting women by using rehearsed routines, deception tactics, and just going about the whole matter unorganically. Trying to build chemistry artificially instead of letting it happen on its own.

Please tell me how this is any different from what stand up comics do. Are they exploiting their audience as well? The majority of their show is based on rehearsed material. But the art is in making it sound like its spontaneous. If they were " just being real ", that's exactly how their jokes would sound.......like it was rehearsed. That's why not everyone can do it. It is an art to make it sound spontaneous and build your chemistry with the audience. That's why when they recite those jokes, it somehow sounds like they're saying it for the first time. And yeah they use " deception tactics " too like knowing when to pause, build suspense, change their tone to get a particular reaction out of the audience.

And they repeat the same jokes in multiple shows!

Also have you ever heard of " fake it till you make it "? I don't like this argument that because these men are using fake confidence and not being completely real, that it somehow makes them ratty. Some men struggle with confidence, so they have to start somewhere.
