Every time red pillers call someone a beta or say they are simping, is that not them policing what that man does with his own time and money? Most women over 30 will catch on fairly quickly that they are being strung along, if they end goal is marriage and children.

From my experience with dating, women who say "the bar is hell" fall into two camps. First is the women you can't pick out men or dates correctly. This can be subdivided into at fault and not at fault. Some people are just bad at picking up on other people being terrible. Some people are really good at hiding it. The at-fault people in this group usually have "an attraction type" that they refuse to let go. They will repeat the same mistake again and again. Or are so incredibly desperate will ignore issues to meet an end goal. Completing the circle of failure.

Second is, women who have unrealistic expectations. This is a mixed bag getting further down. A number of reasons could be listed here. I've dated women who want the "princess treatment" but don't meet the bare minimum of functional adult or the minimum of a dating partner. Some of them have completely lost what it means to be a good partner. (I know men who are guilty of this as well, do not come at me). But the online discourse reinforces this bizarre hyper selfish behavior with no reinfection for positive change. ie " I'm perfect and should be accepted as such." Men complain about this in the argument that, men's advice is always to improve but for women it's about complete acceptance.

"bar is in hell" is/was an argument that expectations for men in dating is a low as it can be or "in hell". But anyone who has actually dated straight women before knows they could successfully hold up a mirror to this argument.

Women say that bar is hell for men because their own SMV and especially RMV is low so they can not get good quality men to commit for them long term. I mean if a 40 yo overweight single mother is telling you that bar is low for men, it's because thats all she can attract.

That she's a single mother means she was with a man before.

Bar is in hell for women. They do not need the "interesting personalities" you demand of men.
