You can believe both looks matter more than women say, and also think dread game is stupid. You dont have to pick a side for everything. RPs biggest issue isnt with what they see in women its how they react to it. They react on a very low level. Very primitive and simple.

Yes. I used to be a very hardcore misogynist red piller. I was over at TRP constantly writing such genius posts as single mothers are subhuman scum. I joined the chat room in here at the request of a wonderful sweetheart named dragoness leclerk. I got to know entirely different view points from the men and women in that chat room. I also lost my anger over my divorce over time. I came to realize that TRP is a giant scapegoat used to blame women and society for men's own failures, that it's divisive and pushes people apart, and that it's claims are often cult like nonsense.

I like to think I'm basically what a terp would become if he actually understood game and women, and dropped all the teenage edge lord misogyny.

I don't know if this is going to work so much in this direction. Most RP guys were originally staunch BP guys that "woke up" after having their faith tested.

I used to kind of be more in the centre, but I lean towards thinking the Red Pill is incorrect and just outright immoral.

The reason why I think it is incorrect is because of the way people argue for it. They keep it vague, keep changing what is The Red Pill and among that one-hundred other dishonest arguments. There are a lot of questions that I have about it is and it is met with either dismissal, semantic gymnastics and at times outright hostility. There is a plethora of questions I have about it, but most Red Pill users are not too interested in giving answers outside of "well it worked for me" or some other nonsense, so it makes sense for me to remain sceptical.

Yes. I was bluepilled as fuck - my then-girlfriend did not really want to fuck me, and I thought that it's due to me not treating her well enough. Until I found her diary and saw what a slut she was for the guys she was attracted to.

I'm usually more blue pill, but hanging around some of my really high-status male friends (well-known DJs, pro athletes, just really good-looking guys) it is absurd how many women are willing to cheat on their boyfriends in the moment. Not everyone obviously, but girls who I thought "weren't like that". It's sobering for sure.

I don't know that there has been a single instance where I've had my viewpoint shattered, but rather a series of small realizations that have changed my view on several RP teachings.

For example, yes, women woefully lack accountability in our society and many women do indeed act like toddlers..... But so do men.

We have a surplus of men living with their parents, fat, depressed, jobless and basically just a weight on society. If that doesn't fit every definition of a toddler, I don't know what does!

That's just one example of a view that has been refined.

I started off with reading the advice and posts on /r/seduction and I felt that a lot of didn't work. Though, some things I read about made me realise things about my interactions in the past.

Whilst I wouldn't be interested in a guy who has always been consistently a logistics-only texter or a bad texter, I would respond "positively" to silent-treatment or shorter texts. In those moments, the pleaser side of me comes out and I try my best to remedy my mistakes or make them feel better again. Though the downfall of this is that it leaves me feeling upset and unloved

I also came to believe that women can have an abundance mentality easier. Personally, I don't have men approaching me a lot. But despite that, I still am able to hold onto the thought that I can find someone else if the relationship doesn't work out. And if I can't indeed find someone else, then as long as I have biological or adopted children, then I don't see the point in having a male partner or husband. (RP men might argue this to be "women are unable of loving men the same way as women")

I am not attracted to players or the typical "alpha" male. I value comfort a lot. But I do rely on men (and women too, tbf) to make decisions for me sometimes. I wouldn't enjoy a relationship in which I had to do all of the decision making (but neither the opposite of that. I'd like a 60/40 ish split)

Sure, I've had to take a good long look and see if my virtrial is founded. Sometimes it's not, sometimes it is, sometimes I find out I should be even more aggressive about it.

For instance, women are judged more harshly for failures, but legally they get off so much easier then their male peers. I had to learn to be more sympathetic to men who suffered from having their attackers get off. If I'm upset that the law system protects white male rapists I should be equally upset it protects white female child abusers.

I learned I'm perfectly correct that single fathers do need better support and encouragement but also the reason dads have less custody is because dads want less custody.

I learned that I should be more upset that woman do way more then half the housework despite also working full time because actually men are more effected by mess and prefer clean surroundings just as much as woman so the whole "she does it because she cares more" concept is bullshit.

It's been informative when I'm not being called a slut or radical feminist Nazi.

Born in China, I need to fight against a lot of brainwash. I changed my overall belief many times, but never shift 180 degrees.

My enlightenment comes from classical liberal ideologist and their followers in China, this includes 2 gen feminism, which I still agree with today (except the cancerous anti-gay part). I never believed any part of post-modernist nonsense though, modernist is overwhelmingly mainstream in China and people only disagree with what/who are superior or inferior.

I used to believe female is the inferior gender AND get discriminated too much, for their relative ability increased a lot in industrial age yet culture are not shifted enough. Later, I observed male need to provide a lot of money(usually an apartment in China) to marry, it's voluntary behavior so I can't really blame much on culture. After careful consideration and learn from Ayawawa(Basically female TRP who encourage his mostly female followers to marry loyal male and get a lot of investment), I start to understand the female reproduction ability is another talent and worth a lot, so now I believe female is the superior gender with higher ability and get unfair discrimination in China (US is different, all AA policy are real discrimination).

Am I bluepill or redpill? On paradigm I'm redpill, they are more rational and try to explain things. However, the bluepill or "conventional wisdom" are better in result and practice. The lover model sounds awesome, but only provider model could have enough investment on children.

I base my viewpoints on experiences I have had or experiences people I know have had. I have adjusted here and there I agree with the idea there are tools/techniques that can be useful and life is a big salad bar where you pick what you need and want and skip by the obvious yuck. Like if we have end times I might eat chicken livers but until then I am not going to the woo All You Can Eat Chicken Liver buffet. If you are a laydee person I reccomend listening to Natalie Lue Baggage Reclaim podcast she is fairly philosophical but real. Okay Atlas will hate it but Atlas probably hates everything I like and I think we both give zero fucks about that fact so all good.

Nothing is perfect, and a series of hypotheses on the internet certainly is not. TRP is not perfect. But good enough to get results and make good predictions. Obviously there are mistakes and exaggerations. But I think that TRP still hold value. Just not a perfect one.

The opposite. I had an experience that shattered everything I believed about women around 2005, and while I knew nothing about TRP I shifted in that direction. Actually I went MGTOW, but later on discovering both gave some nuance to what I'd worked through mostly on my own.

I'm not going to try to act like its 100% true, but its far more accurate that the sanitized version of women as saints I was fed as a kid.

I got told 2+2 = 97 as a kid, TRP just says 2+2= 3.5 by comparison.

I was fully red pill for awhile and now I would call myself purple pill, for now, because of seeing the potential role of attachment styles and trauma in evolutionary psychology, and in sociological examples of female hypergamy. At first glance many men could see it as very dark that women had more sex and relationships with the minority of men who were farmers with the invention of agriculture.. but cross-reference that with women who stick around with men who are financial deadbeats and the female attraction to extroversion or charisma disregarding excess wealth; it leads into the question, how much did confidence and social skills play a role outside of resources attracting hypergamy, in farmers attracting women after the invention of agriculture? It may seem like a stupid question to the average red piller, but its a question that a real truth seeker, rather than a dogmatic ideologue, has to ask. The average hunter would also have less incentive to develop social skills as opposed to the farmer, and more incentive for a habit of silence.

This doesn't cancel out the reality of female hypergamy, from sugar babies, to war brides, to Japanese and New York City college-educated women experiencing a man drought with their higher income than many men around them as a contributing factor, but that doesn't mean "case closed" when there is evidence suggesting alternate examples for why the change of behavior of female mate selection has come into being-- with the reason that female mate selection seems more interesting than male mate selection being Briffault's Law and the expensiveness of eggs in contrast to sperm causing women to be the gender who chooses in relationship formation; but the "case closed" is someone, blue pill or red pill, licking their wounds with tribalism that is not currently aligned with critical-thinking. There's a fear of more negativity in learning about any subject that initially appears negative, but what I've found is that if you explore and question the negative evidence enough, it usually leads to more positive conclusions.
