You can tell red pill men it is their fault for having bad judgment, you are correct. Most experienced red pill men will agree with you, it is our fault. It is also why many of us end up at the red pill, due to our bad decisions. Patrice O'Neal spoke a lot about this and he is considered a guru by many red pill guys. So basically, I think you concur with red pill thinking on this issue.

There's a double standard on trust in the RP community. Women have automatically submit to the man for even their own health needs in a relationship. When you ask "What if he makes the wrong choices", people respond by saying she's the one who chose the spouse. This obviously requires a lot of blind trust.

You can.

Men should know not to marry certain kinds of women, "can't turn a hoe into a housewife" being the primary rule but there are others. Men should be wary of marriage in general because women initiate the majority of divorces.

Similarly, a woman should marry a man she already trusts to be able to make those decisions. Don't marry a man and then just follow him blindly because you married him.

Your two different scenarios aren't at odds in any way.

If a girl picks a bad mate and gives him all the power to choose what happens and he makes overall bad choices, it's his fault. And any consequences that follows for the girl are her fault for picking a bad mate.

It's not anyone elses fault except the guys if he picks a bad wife and trp makes it pretty clear that all of these things are avoidable if you make better decisions with who you marry and how you act if you get married at all. According to trp, It's more so that guys fault if he ends up with a woman who he can't deal with because the man should be able to change his woman into the woman he wants her to be through the strategies outline in trp.

So I don't really see how your post makes sense

You can and I agree with this completely. That's exactly why I'm against marriage in the first place. I don't think it's wise to make that level of commitment to anyone even if in the moment you think they're perfect. You cannot predict what they will do in the future so you should not tie your own fate to theirs.

You don't go around looking for the one dud in a box of grenades. Is there a dud in the box somewhere sure but the majority are live grenades that will do damage upon pulling the pin. The smart thing to do isn't to go looking through the box for the dud and pulling the pin once you find it. The smart thing to do would be to avoid the box entirely. So it is a man's fault but not because he choose the wrong partner, its because he bothered taking an action that has more risks than benefits associated with it.

I think it's really weird that they will tell RP men that the answer to this is to become someone you can rely on yourself, someone worthy and capable of making the right rational decision, while RPW all seem to believe they are inherently incapable of making the right decisions for their own lives instead of striving for the same thing. If you accept that you can't trust yourself to make rational decisions in your own life, how can you ever trust yourself to know you've chosen the right man to be your captain?

Oh I've absolutely had poor judgment. Had I developed a better abundance mentality and not fallen into the sunk cost fallacy I would have dumped the bitch I married way back in 2008. I can remember that day very clearly.

At trp though we don't much care for your hypoagency. That things just happen to you. Oh how did that happen? Who knows better go look at the men involved. This just isn't true though. You do get to pick your spouse as well. There is nothing stopping you from asking out guys, or being more direct in your flirting. And getting to know some prospects prior to spreading your legs.

The real problems come about because when you are your most valuable on the SMP, value that you only have because you've got those precious eggs, you are too young and inexperienced to make truly good decisions. Hence patriarchy is just another way to serve you women. By a man caring about you, your father or uncle or something, and him guiding your behavior. And then your husband doing it when you get older.

And come on everyone knows why we don't get married anymore. Because you no longer have to give me sex, we are no longer one body and mind, we are just one wallet. It's incredibly disrespectful to men as well.

What do men get from marriage again? A loyal and supportive companion? Lol! You're all really quite open that you don't want to be a loyal and supportive companion, and be one flesh with me. But you expect us to still get married? Come on why would we get married? You all don't need no man anyway. I mean just imagine you being a supportive and sexual wife, who goes out of your way to build a man up! That's just patriarchal oppression rape!

Why you women can just demand that men do whatever you want them to do, right? It's not like we are allowed to have our own opinions. How dare we have our own opinions! I know feminists can just pass more horrible laws to try to force men to act the ways you want them to act, no matter how unattractive it is when they do.

Can you please cite where you're getting this information? I don't remember and RP reading where men should make health choices for their wife.

For most men, their women don't have to trust them because the nanny state will go to bat for the women to take the guy to the cleaners if and when the relationship ends. Men need to trust their women because society is not looking out for men; "submission" can be a good indicator or commitment to base trust on. It doesn't matter what a woman says (hell, it doesn't even matter much what she puts into a signed contract regarding a relationship), what matters is what she does.

If a guy gets divorce raped, then it is all on him because he chose wrong. If the guy is RP then he should have know better because he knew the risks and what signs to look out for.

When women choose wrong, that is just women being women: they go for the bad boy and guess what? It turns out he is bad!

I haven't regularly red shit TRP for a while now. But from what I gathered, there were a lot of guys in here who were either angry with women or just had a bias against them. Therefore, everything was the woman's fault. Man cheated? The woman's fault. Woman cheated? The woman's fault. Raised by single mother? Woman's fault. Raised by single father? Woman's fault. Etc etc.

But there were also some people that would bluntly say, "it's your fault for marrying a woman with x red flag (s)."

Unfortunately, there were more of the former responses.
