All these descriptions about "high value" are meaningless. The market decides your value. So what kind of market are we talking about here? The mating market? The job market? Assuming it's the mating market, then quite simply, the individuals who are the most sexually and reproductively successful are the highest value. A 60 year old billionaire who can use his money to sleep and impregnate multiple attractive women is high value, even if he is deficient in other traits. A 25 year old "Chad" who can use his looks to do the same is high value, even if he is deficient in other traits. It's that simple.

Generally a HVW is as HV as the man she can get and keep.

At the end of the day, it's an individual preference. What is high value to me may not be high value to another woman, same for men.

My personal values are - kind, generous, caring, patient, has ambitions similar to mine, supportive, funny, loyal, not a "player," and respects women.

There is no such thing - but I guess if you really wanna give it a definition, an HMV/HMF is someone who is desired frequently by the opposite sex (or same sex if you’re into that) - but even then, that doesn’t make for much of a definition because two entirely different people can be sought for by many others for entirely different reasons.

Its frankly just a way to try to categorize others in ‘economic’ terms, one thing worth noting is a lot of this is people trying to make rules/a formula to try to understand a very wide and complex world - ie. if you understand what high value is, attractive is how a quantifiable factor that can be measured and assessed. Obviously reality is far more complex than this and such terms ignore the nuance reality beings - but that’s beyond the point.

Social value is determined by your general popularity. Full stop. I don't care if you are rich, poor, ugly, beautiful or in between. Your social value is pegged at your baseline popularity level and your skill at maintaining/expressing it.

What is a HVM

One person I hold to esteem was Steve Irvin. Driven. Successful. Strong sense of mission. Morals. All objectively desirable traits.

Another frame of reference I recently learned, was from Alex Homosi on Chris Williamson’s podcast. A HVM is; is comfortable in his own skin, knows where he’s going, and has fun along the way.

Look at the market. Look at the guys that get laid the most, have many wives and kids, or overall have no trouble partnering, having sex, mating, etc. Those guys are considered high value in their own market.

There are many markets. The university years is not the same market as the highschool one is not the same as a middle class suburban one, etc.

But what's Universal is that the guys who get ignored by women aren't high value.

A high value female on Instagram is not the same as a high value female in some back country Christian community.

When it comes to marriage and family, high value females are those that are married, maybe with children, with a husband that is devoted to them.

What is universal is that the women who can't get men, or can get sex but can't get men to commit, are low value.
