It might be a little extreme but I think these categories explain the dating market, male and female experiences.

Most men have never experienced a woman having or confessing a crush on them, most young men do not date in 2022. I haven't, I might not know how sex looks like because I'm an average/below average young born in the wrong era for my less than exceptional genes but I can spot someone when they are not telling the complete truth . Call me a conspiracy theorist but it might very well be that the significant minority of young men who are dating in 2022 are lying about having sex, I think only very top-tier men are having it. I remember reading the texts a woman sent to my hottest acquaintance friend she was dating, she was texting him that she felt she couldn't hold herself back when he hugged her from behind and that he was all hers, this is so out of normalcy that is something most men won't ever experience without paying a prostitute with acting experience at Broadway.
