I actually have no problem opening doors and pulling out chairs but if it's expected or if she goes and sits in the most comfortable bench of the restaurant table and expects me to sit on the pull out chair without even waiting for confirmation from me, I don't take her out on a second date. The concept of chivalry has just become simping in my opinion.
