Do women with personality disorders have a place in this sub? The material here has been very helpful and I would love to play a more active role here with asking questions and sharing things I found, but I'm terrified about how you all will take it (especially after reading Lucifers Daughter on TRP).

I was considering getting the surrendered wife for my sister as a wedding gift because I think she and her fiance would greatly benefit from it, but how likely would it be for her to take offense to it? Yay! I have so many questions!

Do you tell your real life friends about rpw? I feel fairly certain that most of mine would laugh in my face if I tried to explain it. But I'm really excited about it and want to talk about it!
Do you tell your husband/partner about it? I stupidly did (because I tell him everything) before starting "The Surrendered Wife" and she explicitly says not to. Oops.
I know awalt and everything, but, truly? I mean, I feel this stuff is definitely true for me and works in my relationship, but I'm not convinced it would work so well for some of the women I know. I just thought my husband was a little bit controlling and I a little bit liked being controlled :)

What do you think of the advice posted on the website baggagereclaim.co.uk? It gives advice regarding relationships but focuses mainly on how to identify toxic relationships, or when someone if not a good match or is wasting your time.

I have read it and a lot of it seems like good advice for those who may not have great role models for relationships and have the tendency to get involved in dead end relationships or romantic situations, but I'm not sure how much of it is 'you go gurrl' advice and whether to take it with a big punch of salt.

As a person who very much is on the bluer side (although honestly I am really open to red and love the amount of introspection on the sub) is it okay for me to post my opinion? What should I post? Should I put a disclaimer before a post if I do not think it represents red?

Follow up question: what if the leader/follower dynamic doesn't fit your relationship for whatever reason. Should I just leave? Or is rpw more about cultivating a feminine presence and outlook on life? I really do appreciate the feminine traits but find myself to just be a natural leader and take charge of things. My SO is still learning how to become a leader and isn't confident in his current ability to lead. I have taken steps by stepping out if the way and letting him lead any opportunity I can. I completely trust him and want him to be comfortable making decisions. But he's just not there yet...and sometimes things need to like happen. So am I not welcome here because of this situation, or is this more on the red side than I may think?

is there a list of rules for women (e.g. don't bad moth your so) that I can read and internalize ? Like a comprehensive list that is concise ? I want more stuff like RYSPEP to help me navigate the day to day.

Finally how should I divide my time? I work, read and research relationship stuff, food stuff and health stuff. But I want to start spending more time doing other things. How much should I be focusing in the relationship? I want to get off Reddit in my commute / at night / at the bathroom and do something more productive with my time. But how much time exactly should I devote to improvement in the RPW area? Is it like a constant thing? I can get a bit obsessive ...and not happy about it but I still want to learn too.

Not a personal question, more something I see on /r/relationships and I'm curious about it.

Say you're dating a man for 5yrs, living together, everything together except kids and he doesn't pop the ring because "it's not the right time".

Does it mean:

A) Don't want to commit but I can change my mind.

In the RPW Wiki, the "16 Commandments of Poon" talks about how a woman should say I love you first, call more often than the man, and be more endearing than him in general.

I wonder how this fits in with being a single young woman? Does this mean I should talk to a guy I'm interested in instead of waiting for him to initiate contact? How much is too much interest to show him?

This is something I've always been a little unsure of -- how much affection to show a guy you're interested in or starting to date. Maybe it would it vary by circumstance (I.e. haven't been on a date vs. been out a couple of times, etc)? Or perhaps it comes down to being coy & confident & hoping for the best?
