I’m 1.65m tall. Started seriously bulking from 54kg around january 2017. By the summer that year (June) I was slightly bigger but wasn’t that big of a deal; some people noticed it, but not much of a fuzz.

I kept bulking and excercising. People at home noticed it, but outside, I was getting bigger in a “concealed” fashion. A couple of weeks ago temperature went up so I started wearing t-shirts, and that’s when it all started.

I’m 70kg now. I’m not “shredded” but I’m not really fat either. Women look at me, at my biceps, at my chest, at my “abs” section, etc.

At work, three of my female coworkers suddenly started acting differently. The shorty, bitchy, bratty one started walking near me and getting closer without turning away, as she usually did (I called her out on her bitchiness a few times and she hated me for that ever since).

An hb5 post wall started laughing at anything I said and making tons of smiley eye contact out of the blue. In addition, she put her legs on a desk next to mine at least twice... come on :)

Another post wall hb5 with whom we always throw jabs at each other found an excuse, for the first time, to touch my traps in an a totally unlike-her fashion.

Another one started acting all nervous when I talked to her about usual work stuff, trying to avoid looking too much at me, trying to avoid making mistakes, etc.

And the guys... one of them (taller, thin, always “neat”) had started wearing t-shirts and stopped as soon as I wore mine. Unbelievable... another one (my height, fat, beard, nerdy, 42) kept looking at my body each time I was around.

I’m not bad looking but height and weight (thin) were really a problem. I was confident and arrogant but lacked everything else to back it up, and people eventually realized that. And now things have changed.

Men should stop pussying out and should go get bigger, stronger and grow a spine. If you had confidence, youl’ll get even more. If you lacked it, you’ll start getting it.

And the world around you won’t be a passive/active nightmare anymore :) thank you TRP!
