Gains:

Lost another 3lbs this week. Just 10 more to my goal weight (165). Hope to lose it by the end of March.
Beated my record on swimming. 1.5 miles in under 1 hour. May not seen much, but for me is a milestone.
Finished a book on management that I started a year ago. Feels good to start reading again something that's non fictional.
Started plating a 7/10. I've been in a LTR for almost 2 years, so it's a good start for someone who just got back in the game.
My app launchs today. It's been 2 years of development, hundreds of thousands of dollars invested on building the company, working day and night. It's been a long week.
It's been two weeks since the last time I've talked to her. It hurts so much to ghost someone I've talked everyday for the past 2 years. But everyday it hurts less. This week was particulary hard because of the stress and the lonely nights in the office. Feels good to see the pain go away.

Fails:

Did not went to the gym this week.

Day 5 of my wake up early, work out, work on my mission (my business), and eat healthy.

I've been skipping leg day for a year. Yesterday I did it. My ass feels like a lemon that's been beaten to a pulp. Love it.

I'm getting ready for another session right now. I've never felt better in my life.

Realized I was taking life a bit too seriously yesterday and I haven't been in touch with my bros. i hit them all up and today we're hanging out.

Alright, my update:

Good stuff:

On Tuesday it was the first time that I went home with a girl (from a party). We didn't fuck because I didn't have condoms, but we still had some fun (just to be clear, non-platonic fun).
Next day I invited to take her to the beach. I wanted to go for some time, but none of my friends had time, so I invited her. We had a great time, I hold frame and all that shit. This was also the first time I went somewhere with a girl (just the 2 of us) for a whole day. Sort of mini vacations.
Hit new PR in the gym (bench press).

Stuff to work on (aka bad stuff):

On Saturday and Wednesday I didn't finish my gym plan, because I ran out of time.
Wasted even more time being lazy (internet, games, etc.) than last week.
Didn't meditate every day.
Didn't buy condoms. :D

I like this threads more and more, it really makes you think about your past week and stuff to get better next time. Cheers, robot OP!

I try to keep posting to a minimum as I feel I'm not experienced enough yet to add meaningful input. However the Weekly Improvement and Progress thread has definitely installed some sense of pride / purpose in me. Pathetic? Perhaps. Been lurking here for a while and have back-sled majorly since being back at College.

Good Stuff

Picked up a few books from the library to read and apply.

Started up a website for my business

Constantly waking up early. (Goal for this coming week is to consistently Do something with those early hours)

Promoted at my student job. (Assistant Supervisor) Can now work 20 hours per week instead of 15.

Learned a few more sleight of hand tricks and continuing to make improvements on the basics. (One day want to become a professional magician as a third career)

Started to get back into practicing my instrument. Just stopped for 2 and a half years. Needless to say, huge mistake.

Got an audition for the US Army Band coming up and preparing for it

Biking at least (or around) 10 miles a day for this delivery job

Made a commitment to limit soda to only the weekends for March. Made a commitment to limit eating at my favorite restaurants to only the weekends for March This should carry over and become a habit eventually

Bad Stuff

2 Jobs still is not enough money to pay the bills. Constantly exhausted from delivery biking job. Do not know how to combat a working Professional's income level of rent...as a college student. Just Barely making ends mean. There absolutely have to be more to life than just barely paying rent.

Not hitting the gym at all.

Did the whole Roman God workout twice at the gym this week, will do cardio for the last days of the week, will go back to it on monday, my day off. My body feels spent, but happy.

Stopped procrastinating big time. I used to push for later things that I knew I had to do, from now on I'll take care of them on the spot.

Opened up a Tinder account after breaking up with my gf and realized what I was missing. Planning on having a couple plates by the end of the month.

Haven't talked to my ex since Feb 14, I decided that was the date I was done with her shit, I've lost all respect for her and I couldn't be happier to have cemented that thought in my mind this week.

16 year old here. I struggle with social skills due to a sheltered upbringing and bad family relationships. I've also been masturbating far too much for the last 5 years. My biggest insecurities come from my bad skin, large nose, receding hairline and skinny body due to unhealthy habits and bad genetics.

This week however things are looking good. Here's my successes: I completed the whole February without fapping, I destroyed myself at the gym like a beast (I now go 3 times weekly). I said fuck it and held conversations with several strangers. This is big deal for me as I used to struggle to even talk to people in my classes at school, now I'm even talking to random people. I just stopped censoring myself and said whatever felt right. Funnily enough, I actually like what I say better when I'm not trying to say the right thing. My skin is also improving as I live healthier and save energy by not fapping.

My failures this week: I have been avoiding schoolwork and revision I don't need to do but should be doing to stay above average and achieve what I deserve. I have been lazy with my sleep schedule and not gone to sleep on time. Because of this I struggle to focus on schoolwork I should be doing. I also haven't been reading enough. I bought a bunch of books recently and should be reading at least 30 minutes a day.

Next week I want to keep up everything from this week, along with cold showers, 1 hour of school work, 30 minutes of reading and 8 hours of sleep every night. I would also like to discover my life goals. I would love to hear from some advanced redpillers with how they discovered their life purpose and overcame insecurities...

Gains:

I quit drugs and alcohol March 1st, had been smoking everyday since about 2008.

Started a journal last night, it felt really good to clear my head before bed.

Practiced playing my drum kit at least a half hour a day.

I've improved social interactions at work already since I quit smoking.

Fails:

Couldn't get hard with a plate last night. It's no problem when I'm stoned but I guess I conditioned my body to that state.

Sparred in the boxing gym 3 times, got back into private lessons, been following my diet I researched and set up to try and get down to 10 or single digit bf by summer (not too far from it), haven't drank any alcohol for 3 weeks, stopped fapping, stocked fridge with healthy groceries, enjoying my spring break by running out in the sun, reading red pill reading list books, and catching up for when school is back in, drinking a gallon of water a day (first and last bottle contain apple cider vinegar and lemon), paying off car this month and hopefully selling motorcycle to a guy that made an offer.

Not sure if this is a downfall- gave a girl my # that I talked to at the coffee shop the other day. She knows people in my neighborhood, so I told her to txt me next time she's around and we can go to the pool. I know the goal is to get theirs, but I'd rather not seem desperate. She was trying to get me to go to church with her that same day but I told her I had to go spar (which I did). The cut on my eye also showed I was wasn't lying.

Wanted to go back to the gym next week.Got sidelined the past few months and now I'm basically at zero especially with the ladies.I think I went three days without talking to any this week which is now like my high school days.I know that sounds impossible but I'm not counting old women and work mates.

Work is better. Seing a lot of progress socially when talking to clients.Not nervous when it comes to picking up the phone. Made a financial milestone.

increased my incline bench to 40kg
increase my bench to 60kg (my benches are not much, I know, but my stabilizing muscles are weak as I mainly build my chest with machine chest flys @92kgs)

went on all my workout days to the gym (4 days)

Fails:

Playing a bit too much video games because I'm on holidays.
Didn't do some paperwork that I wanted to do this week, but I still have time until next Thursday, so no big deal, but still.

Improvements: Spend quality time with family and got my mind re-centered on school and goals. Paid off some outstanding debts.

Fails: Barely studied for my NBDE 1 (dental school boards) Piss poor time management on my week off. Got mild oneitis on 8/10 and ruined that as possible plate. Failed to accomplish goals of learning 3 new songs on guitar.

Kind of ended up being a lazy fuck the last two days (which was the time I've had off). Thankfully I still have the weekend to get my shit back on track.

This week was a failure. But I told myself instead of me brushing it, off I'll own it and come clean in this thread. Doesn't matter what, I have to post and own my shit to see a change.

Good:

Ate healthy for the whole week, cooking my own meals and limiting myself to water and fruit juice.
Finally made a start on my art studies, started with gesture drawing.
Starting giving jokes and interacting at my workplace more.
Went and collect 'The Art of War' book I left at a printery to be hard copied for me to start reading(It was damaged so I was being cautious)

Bad:

Huge flaw was not going to do the gym. Not that I couldn't but that I procrastinated on it.
Spent too much money on things that I didn't need and could have stayed without.
Started but still procrastinated on my art studies for most of the week.
Gave into vices and broke my movement to be stoic in life as Epictetus.
Didn't listen to a single audio book about self development.
Fell into old habits that I was trying to come out of such as PMO and instant gratification.
Fucked around at home Friday morning and didn't come in at work or called(This too me is self destruction at its best)

I'm happy, that I got in a full body workout yesterday, also working a lot of overtime and thinking of getting a guitar, and if possible on top of that, maybe a cheaper violin. My goal is to advance as far as possible in meditation. I've been reading a little bit of The Ribhu Gita everyday and I've come to some new conclusions; there are two forms of oneness, oneness that is not pure-consciousness has a sense of separate self in it, and thus varying degrees of fear, whereas oneness without a separate self is also pure-consciousness and without fear. I had a samadhi that was incredible, completely absent of the perception of suffering or death, but the inability to easily get back to it definitely makes me lean towards a belief in fatalism rather than free-will. In some way its not really a book with a beginning or ending. I like to think of it as a door knob or a doorway. Its probably the greatest non-dual text in existence. Basically when I finish the book I plan to start from the beginning and read it endlessly until I don't need it anymore.

I need to work on hyping myself up and processing past bad memories; I've got two teeth bordering on abscesses that I could've have fixed months ago, and I let the anxiety get to me last time. I'm usually unable to cry, but the last time I had an abscess the pain was so extreme I cried waiting for painkillers to kick in, it was some of the worst pain of my life and felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly in the mouth. So this month I need to take care of it, and hopefully if the worse one doesn't need a root canal or doesn't break in half, I can put it behind me.. fucking Hawaiian Punch.

Every single day this week as I meditated for five minutes. Last friday I spoke of how I slacked on this. Today when I woke up, everything was just 'Chill.' Like a good feeling. After I type this up, I'm getting right to it.

Read more on Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. It recently spoke on how we must set our priorites and take care of said priorities and that said person is in control and should be taken into accountability for how they accomplish their priorities. This I am doing.

Last night I journaled and wrote down my own personal list of goals. Have to work everyday to get to it.

I've worked out every day this week so far. Tomorrow I'm fixing a coolant leak on my truck and prepping my race motorcycle for the first round of racing in a few weeks. I'm trying to cut body fat to get very lean again but my weight has been fluctuating up and down so I'm not sure where I'm at. My lifts have improved about 20% in the past couple months

started lifting and cardio again after more than a whole year of doing nothing. Was hurt (still have chronic pain in my shoulder) but I also didn't care about being fit anymore. Coach at my gym actually wants to help me, and I will accept whatever he's going to tell me to do because my pride isn't worth my health.

Now I do care.

Reaching my goals at work even if my bosses don't give a crap about my improvement. As an intern, I'm certainly not coming back there.

Teaching myself about neural networks and implementing things on my own free time to satisfy my curiosity.

Fails:

I missed her this week, twice. Felt bad but I didn't contact her. I was this close to doing it though.

Not caring enough about current gf.

The good side

I gained another kg since last friday, keeping my diet in check is getting easier each day.

Reached 15 minutes of meditation every day.

Aced 2 tests this week. I prepared properly for a few weeks and I didn't let the stress right before the tests get a hold on my mind.

Didn't go on Reddit since last week's improvement post. Actually I almost didn't watch TV and I didn't play any video games. Pretty much restricted my screen time to the minimum and it feels great.

Just finished lifting, going again on Sunday.

The bad side

The last week was pretty good overall, I didn't indulge in any negative habits anymore. The only thing that I have to work on is getting stronger so that I can actually do the planned amount of deadlifts and chest press and not just get stuck in the middle of the last set.

Fitness: Maintaining consistency. Broke through a bit of a plateau I was experiencing with my squats. Using a smith machine but my legs are sore so it's okay for now, although I am considering switching to a gym with power racks. Still need to start counting calories. I am appreciating the extra pushups from MoMa.

School: Last week I said

Gotta get serious. I have a little break here so I need to pull my head out of my ass and study for my second round of exams.

I feel I could have done a lot more in this department but I printed several textbooks I needed and gotta a little more organized. This week I need a game-plan and some execution.

RP readings: If last week this was an F I would say now I am at a C. Solid start on TRM and Bang (TRM is for MoMa and I hope to finish by month's end). Didn't get around to the sidebar review I wanted to do.

Still getting over my ex's marriage. Oneitis is a bitch. Trying to meet and game other women, if only just to get some AM going. Getting my sleeping habits back on track as well. This was my focus for the challenge of MoMa day 2, accepting in my heart and not just intellectually that I will never/don't want to be with my ex again. Maybe I had a subconscious covert contract that all this work on myself would bring her back, idk. Gotta kick that.

Been doing the men of march challenge. Its tough and only the end of day 2 for me. (Started a day late). But im guna kill this one.

Cons: no approaches made this week. I have my 3 yo son with me two weeks at a time. That coupled with this men of march challenge and quitting smoking...fuck bitches. I just aint got the energy to expell on them. I gotta keep up with me. Goal next week is to go out of my way to approach people in general. Man or woman...if they look interesting I wanna find something out about them. Time is key when I have my kiddo though. Conversations need to be 30 seconds or less really.

Didn't go to the gym once.
Skipped a required physical fitness training session at work and got a warning for it.
I spent all my money on food and furniture.
Had to dip into an investment account to cover my funds due to the overspending.
I ate like it's my last day on earth almost every day. Can't seem to stop.
Consequently, I gained some weight this week.
I was too available to my plates, and said some beta, clingy shit to them.
I am still hung up on my ex fiance, and texted her way too much this week. need to sever contact but my oneitis is pretty strong. I told her goodbye today, but I will probably text her again if she hits me up.
Played video games and browsed the web every day after work.
Made several mistakes at work, which is par for my course.

Successes:

Moved out of my shared room in the barracks (no privacy. Dorm style) and into a private room in my co-worker's house. New roommate leaves most weekends, and it's a decent place. Now my plates can stay the night with me.
For the first time ever, I am spinning two plates at once. They know about each other and accept that one girl isn't enough for me. (Girls really would rather share an alpha than have a beta all to themselves.)
Doing better at my job, learning new things, and some people are noticing.
Didn't post too much on Facebook.
Made time to study for my job for several hours.
I downloaded an autoliker for Tinder which actually got me spending way less time on dating apps.
This hb8 at the gas station smiled at me like she always does when I flirt with her, and asked if I got a haircut.

Feels like I have been mostly failing this week, and every week this year.

Down two pounds this week to 179. Doing a slow cut to aim for 173 by mid May.

Took a break from reading asktrp and TRP for a week. Back with a new perspective.

Put in hours after work this week and finally completed a new e-commerce business I'm starting. Launching next week.

Finished "Essentialism" after seeing it being recommended it by a another man on asktrp. Great book.

Jerked off to porn once after having abstained for 22 days.

Lost frame a few times with the LTR. Lack of quality sleep I think.

Had a few cheat meals. One too many. Didn't track my calories this week.

Got rid of (Finally Ghosted my ex for good, deleted her out of my life) Also got rid of a couple of plates who weren't didn't see eye to eye with me and it was annoying me so I dropped them.

This week I gained 2 new plates. It's Been quite a while sense I got out there, my game is kinda rusty but it's good to be back. I've learned to be more direct with people and not be in my head as much as before. These are personal goals of mine and not just for getting women, but I felt I need to work on these skills early since I'm young (22).

Got diet back on point. It's been a great reminder of how much eating like shit makes me feel like shit.

Added cardio on top of lifting workouts.

Spent less time wasted on tv/video games. If I take the time to play keeping a social aspect by only playing with friends.

Realigning my focus to a mission and what I want from myself, spent time just meditating on this.

That's about as much change as I can handle in one week. Slow and steady right men?

Gains: * Found out I can do more push-ups than I thought. * Writing goals feels good. I think I'm going to make it a habit. * Passed a shit-test with my ltr. Been long since I did that. Fails: * Have not done 100 push-ups a day yet. * Wanted to quit today because I felt so exhausted and tired (also soreness from all the push-ups). I guess this is forcing to look more into my nutrition.

Progress:

hit the gym consistently again and increased my strength (strongest I've ever been)
continued my home renovations
plate seemed uninterested in meeting up. Wanted me to drive 50 miles to meet up with her. I drove to her last time. I told her that if she wants to see me she needs to drive to my place. She didn't. But felt great that I decided not to cave in. I ended up having a fun night with my friends.
first time in a while (after I told plate off) that I have no options/plates etc. I know it's counter intuitive. But I feel such as insane sense of freedom now. No worrying about appeasing women / responding/ logistics etc. I plan to stay at this and not invest any energy into women as long as I feel content pursuing my own goals.

Needs improvement:

drank way too this past week again. I need to learn to say no. Affected my productivity.
still working on staying in a positive mood and feeling too self critical.

First ever TRP, as well as Reddit, post. Been lurking for 2-3 months. A lot of eye-opening reading since. My implementation of said reading has been piss poor however (definitely my own fault, which feels good to know). Anyway, here goes:

GAINS

Been sticking to my gym routine. At this point (1-2 years of somewhat serious compound lifting) it is something I would miss, should I not work out. Hoping to achieve a 220 kg deadlift (estimated current 1RM is ~ 200), 160 kg high-bar squat (~ 145 kg), 107,5 TNG bench (~95-97,5 kg) and at least one muscle up come summer. At a bodyweight of circa 80 kgs, that is. No spectacular progress, but moving along fine, I suppose.
Went on my first ever date with a girl I met of Tinder. We had coffee (my mistake of choosing such a venue). Tried a bit of kino when we stood in line. She was very engaging during our chat. Prob because she's aware of her punching above her weight looks-wise. Coming from a background of being heavily obese 2,5-3 years ago and gradually changing, my looks (physique as well as style) have increased. My game, not so much as it has only been maybe three months since I realised the need for it. Again, I have failed miserably on working on it (soon 21, still virgin). I've read the sidebar, but I still feel like I lack a clear strategy (step-by-step plan on improving). I have done a few approaches in night settings with some success in the actual club. I still find it incredibly hard to muster the necessary courage though.
Went for an interview for a part-time, student position at an esteemed firm for people in my line of study. Did stutter a bit etc but felt better than last interview.
Continued my version of "no fap". Since I found TRP and similar sites, I came to the conclusion that my fapping had to first limited in order to hopefully be eliminated in the future. Current goal is to limit it to twice a week. Long term goal is once per week.
Kept reading good books in place of useless tv shows.
Actively tried to be more sociable at uni to enjoy myself more and get in contact with more women, but also just other co-students.

FAILS

The quest to reduce my BF % has been stalling, I would guess. My goal is to reduce it from an estimated 20 % to 15 % and remain there permanently or perhaps go even lower depending on how it looks and feels.
I'm still "fighting" (for a lack of a better word - it makes it sound too dramatic perhaps) with melancholy. For the last month or two I have been experiencing periods (maybe an hour to two hours each time) of quite severe feelings of melancholy, which I think primarily emenate from the failures in my sex life. Perhaps also due to the fact that I've realised how mind-numbing some cubicle jobs I am on a trajectory for seem. At this point I would say it happens every other night.
Not doing enough approaching etc and not establishing some type of plan for how to go about changing my situation. Ideally, I would like to have something similar to a gym schedule, i.e. where the actions (lifts, weights and sets etc) are predetermined and a clear plan of progression is present. Maybe I am hoping for too much and just cheating myself out of opportunities by not acting right away (in other words, being a little bitch).
Lost the "lead" I had on my studies during an intense week at uni. By "lead" I am referring to being comfortably ahead of schedule with my coursework.

I accept complete responsibility for my situation and hope to improve until next week and not be trapped in some type of destructive victim mentality. If you feel inclined to offer my any type of sound help or feedback, please do.

The good:

One week with a standing desk. So far, so good. It would have been a harder transition if I wasn't already in shape;
One week of doing mobility drills on the half hour;
Broke the 24 minute mark on my 2.5 mile run. Goal is 20 minutes, long way to go;
Made all scheduled judo and bodyweight workouts;
Kicked ass scrambling in the foothills (bodyweight fitness translates really well to Class 3 rock);
Continued appearance maximization routine;
Got serious with the swing dancing, twice per week.

The bad:

Spent too much money;
Not quite enough focus at work;
Zero approaches (shit that's two weeks in a row)

Been sober for 3 months now. Learneed 4 more chords on the guitar Got my application for the navy approved. (Doing naval intelligence ) Cut back on smoking to 4 times a day. The Good:

6 out of 7 days of this week I had some heavy sport routine
I haven't masturbated in a week
Did some non fiction reading and took notes
Been having a great sleep schedule thanks to heavy sport routine
My parents have started to really trust me again which is nice
No drugs in a year or more
No cigarettes in a year milestone coming up on this friday

The Bad:

Been thinking about lifting among playing tennis competitively and swimming competitively but unable to come up with proper energy/routine
Still no advancement on the girlfriend situation. I haven't been able to like a girl to have a relationship for a year and a half now

The Ugly:

I feel horny though, so thinking of going the call girl route
All of my friends do some drug or another so no old friends contact or anything and I miss the lifestyle sometimes. Training myself to be indifferent to that lifestyle atm.
I live outside the city and can't create a new social group because I don't know how to make new friends at uni. I am not shy I just think people are not worthwhile because I am lazy?

Followed diet plan and haven't missed a workout in 8 weeks. Falls haven't had sex in almost 2 weeks (longest I've gone in 2 years, was in a LTR) and it might kill me. Put off writing a 3 page essay till the last day so that's what I'm gonna have to do tomorrow because it's due Tuesday morning. Haven't been meditating every day. Need ideas on where to take a girl that says she's too embarrassed to do anything that requires skill or coordination. I just went with im gonna surprise you but kinda lost on where to go with that. 2 weeks of meal prep done.

After this week will have come back on all my lifts from a 6 week setback of illness (wash your hands folks). 1/4 way on my summer cut.

After this Sun, working set lifts are at:

155lbs OHP 225 Bench 315 squat 405 deadlift

added chinups in the mix as a main lift as well. The goal is to get to .66x bodyweight.

So, Back to cutting 1% bodyweight for the next few months while trying to maintain these lifts :)

Achievement unlocked: Finished unplugging.

Been following this subreddit for a few months. I Just found out my LTR messages other guys on dating websites any time we have a fight or minor dispute. She's so insecure of me leaving or fucking other women, she uses dating apps to fish for backups, when deep down I'm loyal to a fault. Felt like a God damn idiot for thinking I could trust her.

Not having to worry about a woman's loyalty (since they have none) is such a huge relief. No more paranoia. No more insecurities. As painful as it was to accept reality, I have never been more grateful to be unplugged. I can now continue building my business, lifting, and doing things that make ME happy.

Moral of the story: Self-love is born when you realize you only have yourself to rely on.

I sent that to a lot of people today via text. I guess I wanted them to understand how I felt and how they make others feel. I realized lately that I'm responsible for my emotional well-being. That was a major breakthrough for me. I realized that I held myself back from every endeavor in life because the emotional intelligence to overcome obstacles wasn't there. I would try things in life and become overwhelmingly emotional. The denial that I had emotions was just as harmful and dangerous. I think women find men who know how to properly manage their emotions very attractive in personality. What I've been doing is being patient with myself, listening to my thoughts, forgiving my anger, making it my responsibility to mitigate my fears, anger, and pressures of the world into music, programming, and whatever else that will help me manage these dangerous emotions. I think that's what it takes to put your head down and just focus narrowly. You have to realize that you have emotions from whatever source of pain, forgive yourself, and work towards grinding the mass down. You have to. It will always be an obstacle to work around in your daily life. Imagine your road to success has this huge pothole in it, and you've got to get to work every day. Sure, you could spend half of your day's attention span, effort, and patience to drive around it. After doing this for everyday for years I would hope that at some point you just say 'fuck it, I'm going to take care of this problem.'

Got really touchy with this HB8
Won in a big Rugby tournament
Went to Rugby training both days - I was fucking aching and still have cuts all over my legs
Got some hair products and shit - makes my hair not luck scruffy.
Put some HB8/9 in her place when she wanted attention.

Bad Stuff:

Was talking to the HB8, she said that: "I didn't like you groping me." - She didn't say no, she didn't push me away, we're still friends.
Said HB8s Mum started spewing shit on facebook about me - found out that she was a crackhead.
Police may or may not be getting involved.
Didn't lift any shit because I was dying
Didn't give a shit about face care all week.

What I'm Going To Do Next Week:

Fight my best fight in a Rugby 7s tournament

First time posting here. These weekly threads seem like a great way of taking stock - considering positive outcomes and trying to identify and internalise the principles/theory applied in each scenario, whilst trying to eliminate the bad.

Good:

Hooked up with an HB6. Sex was great and I had no PE (an old problem). The fact that I have another plate has resulted in greater abundance mentality and therefore less worry and stress about making sure this encounter was good (if it's bad who cares - I always have my plate). Less stress = no PE = better sex.
Started doing compound lifts at the gym. I have sore muscles where I didn't even know muscles existed.

Bad:

Failed a couple of shit tests from the HB6. I find it hard to stop myself falling back into my default mindset of responding to things without thinking. Need to keep the notion of maintaining frame at the front of my mind more.
Other than gym, failed to work on any of my self-improvement goals after work each day, and watched TV instead.
