This reminds me if my ex. Not so much with the cheating but with the abuse and excuses of mental illness. What helped me with NC and turning the tabkes was that when I told her not to contact me because I was focusing in myself and that I would contact her when I was ready, she ignored that and did it anyway. That showed me how little she cared about my wants and needs, which helped me to move past it all.
